We booked for the pool and hot tub but was never told the hot tub wasn't working and when we wanted to change hotels because of it there was no help and they could careless. Because of changing we were still charged a extra night and since they didn't have the amenities advertised I don't think we should have been charged . Also the breakfast was nothing more than some mini muffins no freash fruit. It was very sad.

The room stank, the hot tub was tiny and not working, the hand rail wasn't by the steps creating a safety issues and the pool was ick. Our room key wouldn't allow us into the pool a d staff had to help us. The continental breakfast was a joke, 3 bottles of OJ and 4 mini muffins (at 645am). When asked about the breakfast the guy at the front desk said " it wasn't a continental breakfast, it was like one." We did ask to be checked out and the hotel refunded the rest of our stay

I called and asked if hot tub and pool wasn’t working order. The hot tub was filthy. There was no maintenance people to maintenance the pool. It was ice cold the hot tub cloudy and filthy. They said the pool guy never came in from the weekend so I stated this hotel specifically for the inground indoor pool and hot tub. They said it was working and it wasn’t breakfast was put up at 9 o’clock and it was nothing but toast anyway no creamer. It is poor quality all around.

This is the worst Motel I've ever stayed in in my life there was not even a elevator in the building and you had to have a key to get in every single door in the hallways and everything. I would never ever send my worst enemy even to this place it was very dirty when I got there there was hair in the shower it was disgusting if I could take my money back I would in a heartbeat

The location is great, very close to fast food places, gas, and a WalMart, and the rooms were mostly clean. The bathroom was very clean, but the comforter had stains on it, the carpet was not clean, and there were small cockroaches about. There wasn't always someone available at the front desk to help with things. The laundry facilities consist of a single washer and dryer that are coin-operated only. And there's no way to charge a wash to your room or to pay with a credit card. I had to walk around to ATMs in the area to try to withdraw cash late at night and none of those were working. It's 2024... I don't think I've used or carried cash in years. So it's a bit strange that it's so outdated.

The clerk was rude and on her personal phone. The keys didn’t work for the stair well so the solution was to just prop the door open. A half dressed man opened the door so we could get to the 2nd floor. Stairwell stunk of smoke. Bed linens were dirty and ripped. Wash cloth was stained. Neighbors blared their TV. Beds were not comfortable! You can feel the springs poking through. The free breakfast consist of mini muffins, toast and cereal. Dont expect any protein like eggs and such. Other than that place is clean and quiet.

There was no one at the reception desk for about 15 minutes when I checked in. I'm guessing they were shorthanded that day. Receptionist was nice. Building was nice. Decor was minimal. Furniture dated but appeared clean. My room was nice and clean. AC was great and it was quiet. I did not check out the breakfast as I was in a hurry to get to an appointment. For a short stay it was a good place.

The electrical outlet for the hair dryer had no power. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal, 2 small muffins, and one yogurt. When I asked if they could restock breakfast, they brought a loaf of bread and a few more muffins, 20 minutes later. The lady was not happy when I asked to restock the breakfast. There were no fruit or no protein options. I am sure this is not standard. I could have gone somewhere else cheaper with no breakfast. This hotel does not serve breakfast and should not advertise that they do. I will not return. We left and ate somewhere else. Very disappointed. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful.

The only chair was a desk chair that I felt would flip backwards. The carpet was in good condition but it was too high under the door and took a great effort to open and close the door.

It was easy to check in. They do want a deposit. It was peaceful and quiet here. The bed was hard and it seemed like the mattress was old. My back definitely hurts after sleeping on it.

Had to wait 10 to 15 mins in the lobby to check in because the person behind the desk was not there. Room was small but clean. Not much for breakfast and dont wait til 830am or it will all be gone. Plenty of places to go outside the hotel sonic and a good coffee shop. Walmart.. they do have a pool but didnt have time to check it out. Over all for the price not bad...

I walked up to the counter after purchasing a room for the night, the guy at the front said that he is sorry but he doesn’t know why but the payment didn’t go through on his side, I even showed him my debit card transaction history clearly stating I had a room reservation on Expedia for that night at that location. He said I can’t give you a room you should recive a refund within the week. That was about a month ago I REFUSE to pay for a room that we never even got the key for, me and my girlfriend had to sleep in the car i need that money back now

Check in, lady wasnt very friendly. Raced through her spiel about breakfast and checkout. Never said anything about wifi had to look at the key slip to know what the password was. The room was decent, nice and cold. Not many towels in the room. Tv wouldnt work at first. At breakfast, hardly anything there and it was only 7am. They literally had a few muffins, 3 bottles of juice, and 2 yogurts. At check out, the same lady who checked us in, was talking to the maids in the hallway, asked if we were checking out, and when i said yes, she just said ok. Waited for 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. Kets didnt work the next day, waited again for 15 minutes and no one showed. I left to eat inner, came back and still no one at the dsk. I called the phone twice before someone answered while standing at the desk. Very out dated bathrooms and showers. I’ve been to this place a few times to deliver food or stay. I’ve never one time walked in to the building and seen an attendant. Always have to call for them. Then takes for ever for them to get there. Then you’re not greeted with enthusiasm at all. Just low energy in this place. It’s not the worst hotel but certainly not the nicest. I got this through expedia and after driving here I realized I could have spent my $100 to stay at a much nicer place. This place needs refurbed, it needs someone at the front desk at all times to greet you with a welcome like most places do. Couches and chairs in the lobby and rooms look like second hand stuff with stains I guess lots of truckers stay here and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. However it was quiet, the room was clean which is about all I can say that is positive. With all the new homes and restaurants and the rodeo here this place will need to be much better in the future.

Beds were not comfortable! You can feel the springs poking through. The free breakfast consist of mini muffins, toast and cereal. Dont expect any protein like eggs and such. Other than that place is clean and quiet.

The electrical outlet for the hair dryer had no power. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal, 2 small muffins, and one yogurt. When I asked if they could restock breakfast, they brought a loaf of bread and a few more muffins, 20 minutes later. The lady was not happy when I asked to restock the breakfast. There were no fruit or no protein options. I am sure this is not standard. I could have gone somewhere else cheaper with no breakfast. This hotel does not serve breakfast and should not advertise that they do. I will not return. We left and ate somewhere else. Very disappointed. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful.

We will not ever stay here again. Our door was not working, hubby had to body slam to get it open. No soap at sinks, and none given when asked. Was told they were locked up. No iron in room, when borrowed from the front desk it didnt work. The toilet seat was loose. Dust on hangers, generally run down. When we went to get breakfast at 8, there were 2 pcs of bread, and cereal, nothing else. PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A MOTEL!!

There was very little for breakfast and what they did have wasn’t put out unti 7/7;15 am even though breakfast was advertised at 6 am. The appliances didn’t work in the room I.e phone, alarm clock, and coffee pot. The exhaust fan and toilet seat in the bathroom were broken. There were insects in the room and night staff were never present.

The rooms were ok. Bed a little too firm and the pillows if that's what you called them were flat. The breakfast in the morning well there was none. I went down at 6:47 in the morning there was one muffin and two pieces of bread one yogurt and the cereal containers were empty the juice wasn't even ready. So therefore we didn't get breakfast that morning very disappointing since that's why I go to Days inn a Wyndham product. Because they serve breakfast. At least a waffle or something a little more than two slices of bread I have photos of what this soap opera breakfast look like very disappointing

Do not stay at this location clearly drug addicts live here. Someone right across the hall from me was playing extremely loud music that should’ve been my first time to go. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but it smells like cigarettes all through there. There is no elevator ,disgusting carpets. It was trash by my door before I even checked in the hot water didn’t work. The tub was filthy so was the back of the toilet and it was possible 💩 on the wall next to the roll of toilet paper. This was a literal damn nightmare. I stayed one hour and got the out of there. I could not take it.

My room had a wet carpet for the ac was draining ona pan inside the room. No shampoo or soap to take a shower. Walmart is near by. The place is ok if you are on a tight budget. Or really tired.
