The Hotel Monroe, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

Our air conditioning didn’t work, the show leak all the way out into the room when I let the front desk know they didn’t seem to care. When I asked the lady for a refund she just looked at me.

This is a beautiful hotel featuring elegant architecture and tasteful decor. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with calming color schemes, plush bedding, and modern amenities aimed at ensuring complete relaxation. This will always be my hotel of choice when visiting Monroe.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are small. Parking is not great. You leave the hotel then go up stairs to the parking lot.

The room was comfortable, but the tv did not work, by the time we got to the room to retire, it was too late to worry about it.
