Väldigt obekväma sängar och ingen tillgång till deras aktivitetshus då vi var där under en kortare vistelse. Annars fint och rent. Saknade däremot möjligheten att kunna få frukostbuffé.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante y no volveremos, por la atención de RICARDO. El día de nuestra salida hicimos el check-out antes de tiempo porque nuestro AVE salía horas después. Como hacía muchísimo calor, preguntamos en recepción si podíamos utilizar la piscina durante ese tiempo. El primer recepcionista fue muy amable, nos dijo que sí e incluso accedió a darnos unas toallas. Sin embargo, cuando llegó su compañero RICARDO, todo cambió. Nos dijo que no podía darnos las toallas. Le propusimos subir a coger las nuestras de la habitación, ya que aún no era la hora de entregarla, y también se negó. Incluso ofrecimos pagarlas y la respuesta volvió a ser negativa. Mientras un compañero intentó ayudarnos, RICARDO solo puso impedimentos, sin ofrecer ninguna solución. Su trato fue muy desagradable y poco profesional. Además, la relación calidad-precio es mala. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para el precio que tienen. Ha sido un error cambiar de hotel esta vez. Siempre que viajamos a Madrid nos alojamos en Truliving Vallecas, donde las instalaciones son nuevas, el personal es atento y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Esta vez decidimos probar este hotel y nos arrepentimos. No volveremos nunca y no lo recomendamos.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing was the hotel’s response. After I reported the theft, the staff provided little information other than saying they were “investigating.” The incident occurred on a Sunday, and by the time I checked out on Tuesday, I still had no answers. It has now been several days since I returned home, and I have yet to receive any communication. Following the theft, I specifically requested that no one be allowed to enter my room. Despite this, housekeeping entered the room the very next day. When I returned, it appeared that my belongings had been disturbed again, which only increased my concerns about the security of the property. Whether the amount stolen was €1 or €10,000 is irrelevant. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe in their hotel room. For my first visit to Madrid, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The theft itself was bad enough, but the lack of accountability, communication and concern shown afterward was even more troubling. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
