Good area, very clean all around. Enjoyed our stay. The only down side was there was no a/c in the elevators. Also details are misleading about having a pool. There is no on-site pool. The pool is actually at different hotel across the parking lot. You have to get a voucher from the front desk for access.

The rooms themselves, and the general hotel is in excellent shape. The rooms were clean, and we were staying two nights for two reasons. I chose this hotel because it was close to the Metro Line, and because the Hotels.com listing said, "Best Breakfast in San Bernadino." We needed that. We are traveling long distances every day, and breakfast is critical. While true that they may have had the best breakfast, the truth is that it's not part of the deal. It's an entirely separate restaurant. I don't have any problem with that. I'm not cheap. However, there were MANY other options that I could have opted for, but I chose this because of the advertising. Someone needs to change that. Parking is a bit complex because there are so many different hotels there. They seem to share the parking lots, but none of that is marked. I would label which hotel is using which spaces. I would also provide directions on how to use the motion detecting mirror light. We figured it out. This is a really nice hotel generally speaking. The breakfast phrasing should be altered though.

Awesome place and great staff. The room was very clean. We are staying again one week later. They also have a restaurant and coffee shop.
