This was a really great place and I recommend it. They had complimentary juice and coffee 24/7. Great pool and hot tub. Room was really roomy with a pull out couch and refrigerator and microwave all for a great price! I had one complaint, something smelly was in the furnace and really stunk up the room. Once they get that fixed though, I have no complaints and would very much recommend.

Room was really roomy with a pull out couch and refrigerator and microwave all for a great price! I had one complaint, something smelly was in the furnace and really stunk up the room. You get what you pay for...Very outdated. Bed was decent. Bathtub looked very dirty. Stained towels. Lots of guests having issues with their keys because its the old style slider keys. No elevator. We booked a king room with sofa bed per expedia, but when we got there they said that wasnt what our reservation showed. We had to ask to get the room we booked and they did have it available, but be aware. Hot tub was hot, but small. Pool was decent, but the area is very dark and limited lighting.

This was the best motel that we have stayed in for years! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the pool was the warmest I've ever been in, it was perfect! I am looking forward to the next time I travel there to that part of the state.

The good: The "log cabin" walls were kind of cute, and the canopy bed was cute and comfortable. The bathroom seemed excellently clean, and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The tap water also tasted nice. The bad: The room was dark and smelled of old smoke. There was a gray stain on the sheets (dropped ash?), which were microfiber. Some like those - I think they feel plasticky. The whirlpool took up half the room and was surrounded with mirrors (gross, unless you look like a pinup, which alas I don't). There was no desk. The carpet was old and ugly. Generally kind of a depressing atmosphere. The breakfast was mostly yucky (cold eggs, weird-tasting potatoes), and the coffee was so weak it was undrinkable.

Staff was very nice. However, they upgraded us to a king whirlpool room from a king room, which we really did not prefer. It took up so much space in the room, which was quite dated, with a very small bathroom area. The room was very clean though. And the staff notified us we had left behind something, and they will be sending it to us. This was much appreciated!

Pretty good value. Place is clean and the rooms are larger than your average narrow room. Nice looking pool but I didn't have time. Breakfast was typical. Staff was excellent, and I think his name was Caleb (Collin?) went out of his way to help me with a problem with my reservation. That was unexpected that someone alone could help. Made for an excellent experience.

Everything was great only had two small issues one was breakfast didn’t start till 7 most people have to be out the door for work by 6 maybe change breakfast to start at 5 second was every time I would leave had to renew my card to get into room other. Than that the stay was great I would rate it 9.5 out of 10

Lack of communication that they only do room service (even fresh towels) upon request. Night staff SUPER rude and mean when asking about the lack of room service. Conditioner in shower was empty. Refrig/freezer was turned down to low, so we had spoiled food. Vent in bathroom turned itself on and off continuously and SUPER load at night. AC unit was extremely load and making noises.

A very old building in need of serious updating. Phone system did not work, room looks were sketchy. We had to get the front desk to let us in and she even commented on how bad the locks are. Breakfast offerings were pretty slim

Property is very well kept. All the people at the facility were very friendly. Breakfast was very good in the morning, besides the bagels, muffins cereals, the property also had scrambled eggs , hard boiled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. I would start there again.

The rooms look nothing like what we booked online. Our rooms smelled horrible. One of our rooms the toilet was not attached to the floor and would move around when you use it. We didn’t use the hot tubs in our room because they looked like they were very stained and gross. They were dead bugs in one of the hot tubs in one of our rooms. And overall the air-conditioning never got the room cool. And in our other room had a giant wet spot from the refrigerator leaking. And the decor throughout the hotel is very outdated and looks like it’s from a rummage sale.

I have so many pics I could upload…the guy at the front counter was so rude…there were many stains on the floor and chair and when I told him about them he came to the room and just stared in the air..they refused to give me my money back even though I had been there about 5 min. The room smelled like feet. I went to a different room and it was better but not the greatest…the hot tub was dirty and the pool was cloudy…I really want my money back…I stayed the night but left the next day even though I had another day paid for. The ladies in the morning were much more nice though but I would never stay again!!!

The room was great...once we could get into it. The key/lock combination of the door was VERY finicky. I took quite a bit of fiddling with it to get it open. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they basically said they knew about it but it didn't seem a priority to fix it. We were just staying 1 night and not really leaving our room so we just made do.
