Fantastic hotel. Convenient to town and Auschwitz. Book a complimentary stay in sauna in advance. we were lucky enough to enjoy! Dinner at restaurant was also good. Breakfast was very good and dinner waiter was fantastic.

Hotel ma bardzo ładnie urządzone pokoje.Śniadania są dobre i duży wybór. Niestety trafiliśmy na wesele i było bardzo głośno oraz brak możliwości skorzystania wówczas z restauracji, a nie zostaliśmy wcześniej o tym powiadomieni :(

Fremragende hotel. Vi valgte et standard værelse og der var stort set alt hvad vi havde brug for. Værelser havde en god størrelse. Det eneste negative er at vi havde udsigt til en togstation, det giver en del lyd når togene passer. Måske er der lydisolerende vinduer for det var ikke noget der genere os. Det er masser af valgmuligheder til morgenmad og det er lækkert. Vi oplevede at alle ansatte på hotellet er rigtige flinke og hjælpsomme og kan tale engelsk. Parkeringspladser er også rigtige gode vi kunne holde ì kælderen eller ved siden af hotellet. Det er det bedst hotel vi har boet på, og vi har endda boet på 3,4 og 5 stjernet hoteller. Det virker heller ikke som det blivet sparret på pesonalet. Vi vil helt bestem anbefale hotellet.

I think as more of a fault of hotels.com than the Garden square as the actual hotel website lists the square feet of the room and hotels.com did not. The room was quite small and the chairless balcony overlooked the train and highway. Location is not easily walkable although parking available and public transit close. On the plus side, the staff were kind, room was clean, and breakfast was good.

Chambre infestées de poissons argentés. J’en ai trouvé sur le lit. Service de chambre très moyen. La plupart des membres du personnel tirent la tronche. 0 sourire, 0 accueil sympa: on dirait qu’on ca les embête de recevoir des clients. Enfin la chambre était très bruyante; avec le train qui m’a réveillé à plusieurs reprises.

Loved this place. Very elegant. Beds are super comfortable, loved our deck. All the amenities were wonderful. The only downside was the location is a bit hard to find at night.

The hotel is literally on the train track!!! I was shocked when I got there, asked for a room not facing the train, got an unappreciated stink eye from the reception guy (seriously not cool), he did give me a side room so didn't hear the train at night. Far from the main attractions. Seems most of the people staying are Polish with a car, if you are like me, without a car, stay elsewhere, everything between walking to the tram, waiting for the tram and the ride itself is 40-45 minutes away The room is tiny however it is the only place so far in Poland with conditioner, not just shampoo, as well as body lotion, which was a nice change....we are used to having these everywhere in the US, in Poland it was a nice treat

The property was lovely and new and had a good layout. It was quiet and the furnishings were modern. I like a firm bed and this was great. The bathrooms were well appointed - good shower. The restaurant had fantastic food, the breakfast was pretty incredible. The location is about a 9 minute cab ride to the centre. Highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is literally on the train track!!! I was shocked when I got there, asked for a room not facing the train, got an unappreciated stink eye from the reception guy (seriously not cool), he did give me a side room so didn't hear the train at night. Far from the main attractions. Seems most of the people staying are Polish with a car, if you are like me, without a car, stay elsewhere, everything between walking to the tram, waiting for the tram and the ride itself is 40-45 minutes away The room is tiny however it is the only place so far in Poland with conditioner, not just shampoo, as well as body lotion, which was a nice change....we are used to having these everywhere in the US, in Poland it was a nice treat

The staff at this hotel can’t help you enough, so friendly and willing to help when required. The location was great, just a short tram ride to the old town. The food was great and the price was on a par with pubs and restaurants outside, the food was very good and unbelievably good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Chambre infestées de poissons argentés. J’en ai trouvé sur le lit. Service de chambre très moyen. La plupart des membres du personnel tirent la tronche. 0 sourire, 0 accueil sympa: on dirait qu’on ca les embête de recevoir des clients. Enfin la chambre était très bruyante; avec le train qui m’a réveillé à plusieurs reprises.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean. Food beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I am ever back in Krakow. Very handy to trams for transport into the city/train station in Krakow. Didn't use leisure facilities so can't comment on them.

Hotel staff were great, rooms were decent size and lovely. Good here is amazing so was pleasantly surprised. A little out the way, station right outside so can either be off putting to noise or perfect for those that want to use the train

A very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and good service. The restaurant also was very good and offered delicious meals for a good price. We especially liked that the hotel was next to a rail station and a tram station. Travelling to the city center only took 15-20 minutes.

The only thing that bothered us a little bit was the noise from the train. It was a little bit hard to find the place on the first day also because there was no sign in the entrance of the building. Besides that, the hotel is super nice and comfortable, the breakfast was also great! We had a great experience!

I think as more of a fault of hotels.com than the Garden square as the actual hotel website lists the square feet of the room and hotels.com did not. The room was quite small and the chairless balcony overlooked the train and highway. Location is not easily walkable although parking available and public transit close. On the plus side, the staff were kind, room was clean, and breakfast was good.

It's conveniently located next to the train station and a short-walk from the tram station, heading into the Old Town was a breeze every day. Very comfortable room, with plenty of space and amenities.

Fantastic hotel. Convenient to town and Auschwitz. Book a complimentary stay in sauna in advance. we were lucky enough to enjoy! Dinner at restaurant was also good. Breakfast was very good and dinner waiter was fantastic.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit modernen, gut ausgestatteten Zimmern und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit breitem Angebot. Gute Anbindung an die Stadt mit der Bahn und Tram. PS Kaffee könnte ein bisschen 'kräftiger' sein :D Aber das ist ja eine Frage des Geschmacks. Unser Team war in jedem Fall sehr zufrieden!

Nice little hotel in a residential area. It was close to the train and a nice walk to the grocery store. There is a sauna by reservation and a restaurant on site. There is an airport pickup that can be scheduled for a fee. The rooms were nice but we did have to request the placard for room cleaning because it was missing. Everything we requested was provided by the staff. Even though there were some maintenance issues that came up, they were handled promptly. It is a distance from the square and had to taxi around which is the only reason it got a 4 and not a 5 from me. The breakfast was a little expensive, in my opinion, so we opted to go to the grocery store instead. Would recommend.

Manglet uteplass lett tilgjengelig spurte etter uteplassen men forstå ikke så godt når vi spurte på engelsk. Sendte melling til de at vi ankom tidlig om vi kunne kunne få rommet før , noe de ikke svarte på . Så når vi kom kl 14 da innsjekkingen var. Var rommet ikke ferdig fikk ikke sjekket inn før kl 1515. Lå på rom mot jernbanen så det var veldig bråkete da det ikke var lydisolert . Sengene var ikke gode

The hotel and staff were very good on the whole although I found the person who checked me out a little rude. Just be aware the hotel is right next to the train station. This is great if you are a tourist like me for getting to the hotel from the airport and travelling back into krakow or down to Auschwitz. But if you have come by car or have other means of transport then the compromise of added noise from the station may not be worth it. Room was spotless. Hotel generally very nice as you would expect from 4 stars. The breakfast was brilliant. Loads of options and takeaway sandwiches in bags a very nice touch. The restaurant menu very sensibly sticks to a limited options but to an excellent standard, I particularly recommend the fried xander. Overall this is a great place to stay in krakow and I very much enjoyed my stay.
