Room was clean but worn. AC smelled horrible with mist coming out. I asked for clean towels but never received until i took dirty to front desk. Breakfast area clean and food was okay. No working pool as advertised . Wouldn't stay there again.

The pool was out of order, and that was the only reason I selected that hotel. They didn’t tell me until I checked in and saw the notice that the pool was closed. I would’ve gone somewhere else! Also, the breakfast was ok…I have celiac disease, so I attempted to ask for allergen information but the breakfast staff didn’t understand English very well and didn’t know what I was saying

Our room smelled musty, the shower head didn't allow much water to flow, and the carpet was so dirty that my feet turned brown on the bottom after walking across the room. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked. There was a family reunion across the hall in a banquet room that was loud and obnoxious.The yelling and screaming poured out into the hallway, and some people ran up and down the hallway until 11:30 pm!! It was a nightmare!

Overall, 3/5. The staff was great. So helpful and upbeat. My complaint that drops to 2 stars: charging $50/pet and then forcing me into a "former" smoking room is kind of messed up. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. As a non-smoker, it was disgusting. The fact that you are charging me an extra $50 because I have my well-trained 35lb dog and forcing me into a stinky room seem like a money-grab. The pool was okay, (water was cold for an indoor pool, but refreshing). The staff's energy and attitude were awesome though. Not sure I would stay again if my 4-leg friend is with me. Decent location. Not really walking distance to attractions, but close enough for easy drives.
