I normally love staying at Marriott’s but this was one of the worse hotels I ever stayed. Literally, nothing worked in this hotel. The parking garage ticket booth was broken, the automatic front door was broken, my room access never worked (I needed to get a new swipe card every time I wanted to get in my room), the TV in the fitness rooms wouldn’t turn on. I could go on and one. Also, while I was getting changed, a staff member barged right into my room - didn’t even knock first. I told the front desk and they just looked at me with a blank stare.

The room was clean and nice and the property itself was very nice as well, the parking garage had plenty of space. My only complaint was with the AC, even setting it to the lowest it would go my room still felt a little stuffy, the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfy. Overall I enjoyed my stay, the staff were very nice and welcoming as well.

We first got there and both keys wouldn’t work. A worker let us in and told us to go have them remake the keys we took our bags in and they wasn’t no bags in the trash cans and garbage in them. We went back to the front desk to have the keys remade and he told us that all of their keys and locks are garbage he gave us new ones which they worked but u had to pull the door in to get them to work

Excellent food and staff. A little rundown on the outside bed inside looked brand new. Room is very nice and the bed was divine with the pillows and down comforter.
