Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

We were very disappointed with our room. The door latch looked like it had recently been broken into. The tv and refrigerator did not work properly. The room was an accessible room but it had such a high riser on the toilet that my wife couldn’t even touch the floor when sitting on it. Asked to change rooms but was told they were sold out. I will not return to this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff members were very nice and took care of all needs throughout my stay. Rooms were clean, everything was in order. I will definitely be back again.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful to us. The elevator was not working and we were supposed to be in a room on the 3rd floor, but he was kind enough to put us on the 2nd floor (not so many stairs) and I was very grateful, being that I have a knee injury and bad back and stairs are not easy for me. Everyone at the hotel was just so incredibly nice. We would definitely stay here again if traveling back to Greensboro.

The refrigerator didn’t keep drinks cool and not cool enough for my insulin. The door key card quit working on Sunday morning and had to be reprogrammed three different times to get us in our room. The breakfast was limited as they only put a certain amount of food on the counter at one time and it was taken almost immediately so unless you were at the counter when it was put out, you missed out.
