the room floor was filthy, my socks were black when I walked about the room.The bathroom caulk needed to be repaired and toilet often did not flush properly. The room was dated and the bed was uncomfortable. The availability of restaurants in the area was limited. Breakfast was average, what we expected and I thought having some gluten free offerings was a good idea. Parking and the staff were satisfactory. Overall, this hotel was not up to IHG quality that we are used to and would recommend that this hotel is in need of some upgrades.

We had a puddle of water in the room when we arrived. It took two trips to the front desk to get them to clean it up. We stayed six nights and every evening when we returned we had to go to the front desk to have the magnetic door entry cards reset. In fairness, the breakfast is great.

The check in was super easy and the receptionist was very kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the small dining area. We had to wait for a space to sit down for our breakfast which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, we had a good hotel stay.
