Exterior and interior looked dirty and unkept. The breakfast was very very lmited.

Rooms were not cleanest , had half bottles of shampoo and lotion so they never threw the old ones out they we used which is gross . the hotel hallways and lobby were not that clean . They didn’t have much amenities no beverages to purchase only dry snacks . I wouldn’t stay at this location again .

There was some basic maintenance that was not being taken care off such as light bulbs needing to be replaced, inconsiderate staff, doors that did not shut automatically, and poor signage to access after 9 PM

First room was dirty, smelled of vomit. Second room better but ac may not work consistently, fan was noisey, lampshades badly stained, walks marked up, evavator was very dirty, dust on tBle in lobby, flickering light outside our room definitely would give hubby migraines if he had been with me. Staff very accommodating, breakfast was fine.

Sheets were not clean, obvious blood/mold stains were present. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling/literally falling off. Multiple brown liquid stains on walls, hotel room doors did not close all the way even when locked/latched.

The front desk clerk upon check in was rude and unhelpful. He barely spoke to me at all while i was checking in. The room was dirty. They do not clean the bed skirts, the one in my room looked like someone had vomited on it. The floor wasnt properly vacuumed and there was hair in the tub. On my day of check out the housekeepers walked right into my room without knocking while i was dressing. I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but apparently they assumed i had already checked out.

We had a great experience! Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we appreciate the complimentary breakfast!

This is an older hotel, but clean. The young man at the desk was very nice and extremely helpful. There is a Waffle House within walking distance, and a shopping area within a couple of miles.

Whenever we first check in we always check the bed linens for bed bugs. There was hair and a contact lens under the mattress and on the bed skirt. We requested another room and the next room was worse

Room/Bed were average at best. I understand this is a lower tier hotel. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the hallways. The “breakfast” was basically worthless. For some reason the smoke detector in my room had a plastic bag on it which I did not understand and didn’t make me feel safe. One of the dresser drawers was missing. I would have been better off at a Red Roof Inn for similar cost.

This place is the worst hotel we have ever been to. Very dirty, room damaged and missing drawers, and the room was just wrecked. Bathroom door damaged from what looks like someone punched it. Stains in the floor. Pretty sure druggies live here. Terrible experience, and want our money back

Room was in poor repair. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the toilet paper holder was broken off. There was a drawer missing from the dresser and there was no chair at the desk. Staff brought a chair but seemed indifferent about the other problems.

Curtains would not close all the way and bright lights from the trucking depot across the street were shining thru the window all night. Fan in bathroom was extremely loud.

Beds and bedding were new and updated but the bathroom was falling apart. Missing tile, chunks out of the tub, and the door was SO sticky that me, a 225lb pretty strong man thought I was stuck inside until I really put my shoulder into it to pop it open.

Bed was comfortable, but only one large towel, no shampoo, soap dish falling out of shower, in room coffee packets didn’t fit coffee maker, open wiring exposed in room. Overall needs serious attention.

The room was horrible the dresser was missing drawers the wifi barley worked the walls was missing paint it smelled....also they said room came with a couch and there was no couch overall i wiuld nevwr go there again

The person at the counter was very courteous, focused on providing excellent customer service. Very helpful, always looking for ways to help. Nevertheless, the breakfast can have a better selection. Thanks to the staff and management for their help and attention with me.

The staff is very nice, the property is not new.

We rented two rooms. We stayed in one and our daughter in the other. My daughter was in her room, went to the bathroom, tried to leave but the handle fell off. She was locked in her bathroom. She tried to put the handle back on, push through the center of the lock, etc., nothing worked. Luckily she had her phone with her & called me. I got the front desk guy. She had locked the sliding lock on her outside door, as I had told her to do for safety, and this was the first problem to getting her out of the bathroom. He tried getting the door open with lots of tools, U-tubed it, even the neighbor was helping. Four guys he called to help showed up and tried to get the door open. Finally, they got the door open and then got our daughter out of the bathroom. The next day was her birthday so she has a special memory of the day before her birthday from now on. Everyone was super nice and really tried to get her out as quickly as possible but sometimes things just don't go the way you think they will. Everyone who was with the hotel apologized several times and were very nice. The neighbor (next to my daughter's room) was there from the start to the finish trying to help her out. We gave him a bottle of caramel moonshine for his efforts. He loved it. They upgraded her to another room and the first thing we did was check out the locks. I have to say the floors and bathrooms were the cleanest I've seen in the last week. We had no other issues.

I reserved two king size rooms, and they both smelled like cigarette smoke, one room was missing the handle on the bathroom door and the toilet wouldn’t flush and the other room was missing the office chair and the staff just replaced it with a dining chair… Horrible service. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs, undercooked, and sausage, links overcooked, no cereal for younger kids. The front desk staff had told me that because of all the problems in the one room with the bathroom, not functioning that they would refund me the cost for that room, but when I left the front desk person who was there said that they couldn’t refund anything because I had reserved the rooms through a third-party… So I have learned to never reserve rooms through a third-party again and only booked directly with the hotel and don’t believe the front desk staff when they tell you that they’ll actually accommodate you for the many inconveniences in the hotel!

The room was great, the room could have been a little cleaner but nothing serious to worry about. The staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂

It’s the worst service ever

Great place to stay. Except for housekeeping knocking our door at 8 am, even with the do not disturb sign out.

Upon checking in the lady working the front desk was super unprofessional! She talked about loudly how another guest complained about dirty sheets and a smelly room. That was a red flag to me! Went to our room and found our AC didn’t work and there was a big hole in the wall where it looked like someone had punched it. Went back to the front desk and decided then I wasn’t staying and asked for a refund!!

my son and I stayed here for the week of the state fair. the location was great and numerous food choices was convenient

Close to Waffle House. Big room. Okay bed comfort wise. Shower okay. Decent stay for an overnight trip.

Nice and quiet spot

Was great. Some butt hole semi drive decided to park up in the Waffle house and run his truck all night...other than thay Place was nice

Was all around very disappointing with it being very dirty, incredibly loud and in a terrible part of town, i have pictures of all stains and dirty attire in our room and will be expecting a refund

Mom and I just needed a place to stay for the night, this place was honestly not bad at all! It was pretty quiet, I don’t think we ever heard any of the other guests at all. Plus, there’s a Waffle House literally right next door, amazing.

The presentation of the property was very pleasing. The Breakfast Buffett was also pleasingly surprising. The interior was very clean and pleasing to the eyes.

There was nothing about the property that was unique. It had a dirty entrance. The ironing board had no cover on it. There were only 2 bulbs working of the 4 in the bathroom. Made it very dim. There was no drain cover in the sink. Not the cleanest. At breakfast, the eggs looked like scrambled eggs, but they were horrible. My husband is not a picky eater, but he didn't eat them either.

Came for a relaxing weekend, it was a nice stay, very quiet, the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was nice and hot.

The hotel was a little dated, but the beds were comfy. It smelled like Old Spice in the hallways, which was actually kind of nice. Breakfast was questionable though, the waffles tasted off.
