Was told Expedia overcharged by a huge amount. Was told that using the spa would cost an extra €50 per room although Expedia declared this as included. Motion sensor, light in roomcomes on throughout the night, the front desk is aware of this, but hasn’t done anything about it. Rooms extremely hot with no fans and no AC. How is this a four star hotel?

Wonderful stay in the Bavarian Alps. The hotel offers breathtaking mountain views that make every morning special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. I would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this place for a relaxing alpine getaway.
