Venus pour un weekend en famille (enfants 10 et 7ans), nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la propreté. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu utilisé la piscine naturelle de l'hotel mais pour le reste, RAS, c'était parfait. Mention spéciale pour les bornes de recharge sur le parking.

Need better entrance to hotel. Didn’t like walking through parking gate to entrance. Otherwise hotel is clean and rooms are well done with usb ports to charge the phones. Only stayed for 1 night.

Para hacer el checking y bajar las maletas debes entrar al parking de pago del hotel. Servicio poco amable, te hacen una retención de 100 chf sin explicar porqué. No me facilitaron descuentos para museos de la ciudad. Por lo demás correcto para el precio que tiene.

We were disappointed with the service and experience we received at this hotel. Swimming pool was closed, this was the main reason we booked this place, and we received no advanced notice. Our son was very upset. We were told about a public pool on the lake, which is lovely btw. We were woken up both mornings by house keeping walking into the room early. They opened the door before I could even get out of bed! When I mentioned it on check out, the staff didn’t seem that shocked! The sink in our room was leaking. Again, when I mentioned to the front desk, he didn’t seem to be bothered, so I assume the next guest in the room will have to manage it with a towel as we did. We had dinner in the restaurant, which claimed to use local produce, but it looked and tasted more like freezer food. Overpriced average food. The gardens are nice but the view of the mountains is now blocked by a new build office block still in construction. Whilst the hotel building is fairly nice, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a specific reason to be there.

Hotel is in a suburb of Lausanne. Room was not ready at time of check-in. Room was not prepped with linens for 2 occupants. No one answered the service desk when called. Front desk was not aware of major sight seeing spots - Lake Geneva. There was an additional charge for coffee. A/C was not reliable in June. While I was disappointed, I made the best of my stay here. The grounds were nice and clean. The surrounding area/neighborhood is not picturesque.

Die Hotelzimmer wurden einmal renoviert,trotzdem sind die Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Bei uns waren Haare am Boden und in den Ecken hatte es Spinnweben. Nicht gerade sehr gemütlich. Dafür ist das Frühstück sehr gut. Für eine Nacht ganz ok,aber auch nucjt mehr.

Basic hotel, familiekamer aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen. Er waren slechts 2 handdoeken en kunssens aanwezig ipv 4. Aan het ontbijt dachten ze steeds dat we maar met 2 personen waren, terwijl wij wel degelijk een familiekamer van 4 hadden. Ontbijt zelf is ok, zeker ook de aanwezigheid van lactosevrije producten werd geapprecieerd.

Hotel moderne et en bon état général. Cependant, nous avons été reçu de manière TRES froide et brusque par un employé qui, du fait des mesures sanitaires actuelles, a dû se sentir important au point de nous poser des questions inconvenantes et indiscrètes au delà de sa compétence. C est tout simplement honteux, et alors que nous étions parfaitement en régle, ce monsieur nous a parlé comme un douanier qui interpelle des coupables. Coupables d avoir cru que nous pourrions faire partager l amabilité et le sens de l accueil de notre région à nos proches invités lors de ce séjour.

Great place, super nice staff, very helpful. The only thing was that we may have left something behind and although they were super responsive to start with. They stopped responding now 😐 so I don’t know if they found what we forgot or not. 😢

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, etwas abgelegen. Personal sehr freundlich, alles sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig, die Bad- und Toilettentüren klappern. Die Steine im Naturpool sind sehr rutschig.

Too far, bus didn’t come very often, no restaurant options around the hotel and the hotel restaurant not open on Sundays or between 2-6:30 pm. Novotel is a large chain and should offer meals pretty much all day. Little snacks that are 4 times the price of what you would pay in a supermarket are also ridiculous when you have no choice for food options at the hotel. Lastly, going to a nearby mall is also not always an option when you don’t have a car. Overall not a good experience at this hotel.

Basic hotel, familiekamer aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen. Er waren slechts 2 handdoeken en kunssens aanwezig ipv 4. Aan het ontbijt dachten ze steeds dat we maar met 2 personen waren, terwijl wij wel degelijk een familiekamer van 4 hadden. Ontbijt zelf is ok, zeker ook de aanwezigheid van lactosevrije producten werd geapprecieerd.

Die Hotelzimmer wurden einmal renoviert,trotzdem sind die Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Bei uns waren Haare am Boden und in den Ecken hatte es Spinnweben. Nicht gerade sehr gemütlich. Dafür ist das Frühstück sehr gut. Für eine Nacht ganz ok,aber auch nucjt mehr.

We were disappointed with the service and experience we received at this hotel. Swimming pool was closed, this was the main reason we booked this place, and we received no advanced notice. Our son was very upset. We were told about a public pool on the lake, which is lovely btw. We were woken up both mornings by house keeping walking into the room early. They opened the door before I could even get out of bed! When I mentioned it on check out, the staff didn’t seem that shocked! The sink in our room was leaking. Again, when I mentioned to the front desk, he didn’t seem to be bothered, so I assume the next guest in the room will have to manage it with a towel as we did. We had dinner in the restaurant, which claimed to use local produce, but it looked and tasted more like freezer food. Overpriced average food. The gardens are nice but the view of the mountains is now blocked by a new build office block still in construction. Whilst the hotel building is fairly nice, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a specific reason to be there.

Very friendly staff! A very clean hotel with a nice renovated pool area. The breakfast was really great with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and a several more hot dishes. The buffet offers a variety of different things. There was even hummus and guacamole, cold cuts and different chees. There was Joghurt and cereals and different bread. Really nice! We stood as a family with kids and we all loved the hotel!

It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain.
