Hotel is located near the centre of town, next door to tramline. Simple and basic amenities, but certainly adequate. We missed having coffee and tea making facilities in the room. We only had one pillow each and the bedding was very light. We were surprised how little parking was available on our arrival at 6 pm, it must’ve been even worse for people coming later. The downstairs parking involved in effect driving into what looked like a metal cage and was very far from comfortable to get into unless you had a very small car. We were surprised to be charged €19 for parking one night. We did not dine in the hotel and in retrospect with lads that we did not because the piped music was very intrusive. More of a business person’s hotel than a holiday destination

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten alles was benötigt wird. Nur beim Parkplatz gibts Punktabzug. Die einfahrt ist sehr eng und die Parkrampen im Ug sind für die meisten Pkw nicht tragfähig ...

Ich war schon häufiger in diesem Hotel, muss in der letzten Zeit aber leider miterleben, dass ein großer Reparaturstau entstanden ist. Ob das nicht gut schließende Fenster (nächtlicher Straßenlärm), nicht genügende Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten des Zimmers, unangenehme Gerüche, ein seit langem defekter Fahrstuhl ist… Sehr schade um das Hotel.

Ett bra hotell, nära till centrum och gamla stan. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal, god frukost. Sköna sängar och trevligt rum. När man kommer med bil så kan infarten till hotellets parkering vara lätt att missa.

Ich mag das Pentahotel in Braunschweig eigentlich, aber dieses Mal war ich von dem Zimmer enttäuscht. Ich bekam ein Einzelzimmer gegenüber den Tagungsräumen im Erdgeschoss. Erstmal kein Problem, nur wurde im Zimmer direkt klar, warum die Vorhänge zugezogen waren: direkt vor dem Fenster liegt der Hotelparkplatz und bietet also direkten Blick in das Zimmer. Das war aber noch nicht so ein Drama. Irritiert hat mich aber, dass das Zimmer eine Wand hat, die sich aufschieben lässt. Klar, sie war verschlossen, aber ein Hotelzimmer in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse, das eine Trennwand zu einem anderen Zimmer statt einer echten Wand hat… ich habe mich damit nicht wohlgefühlt. Doch dann kam das Bett. Auf den ersten Blick war ich irritiert, weil das Kopfteil wie ein Kasten aussah und ich mich fragte, wie man, wenn man sich sitzend am Kopfteil anlehnt, man durch die Bettverkleidung den Fernseher sehen soll. Antwort: gar nicht, aber man kann sich eh nicht anlehnen, weil zwischen Matratze und Kopfteil ein ca. 10m breiter Spalt bis zum Boden war. Das Bett lässt sich nämlich hochklappen und ist dann quasi hinter einer Schrankwand verstaut. Ich habe für so viel Geld noch nie in einem Zimmer übernachtet, das so provisorisch gewirkt hat, und das im Gegensatz zu den anderen Zimmern in dem Hotel ungemütlich und wenig einladend wirkt. Obwohl das Hotel an sich sauber, chic und gemütlich ist und auch die Lage stimmt, werde ich dort wohl nicht mehr übernachten.

Gut gelegenes Hotel im Münchner Innenstadtbereich. Wenn man beim Schlafen nicht sehr empfindlich auf Lautstärke ist, sind die nach vorne raus liegenden Zimmer mit der/den nicht 100% schalldichten Fassade/Fenstern soweit gut, nur hat das Hotel sowohl auf den Zimmern als auch auf den Gängen einen ganz eigenen Geruch, der nicht immer als angenehm empfunden wurde.

Personal sehr nett und engagiert- großes Kompliment-sehr herzlich. Check in Prozess an Rezeption ohne Servicegedanken- man darf sich selbst mit Hilfe zahlreicher Tablets einchecken. Wenn gerade Reisebus eintrifft und man sich (nach langem Arbeitstag) hinter 30 Gästen wartet, bis diese sich selbst durch Check In Prozess navigieren. Die Reinigung der Zimmer wird unter dem Vorwand man würde eine -nicht näher definierte Spendensumme- an ökologisches Hilfsprojekt" spenden- obligatorisch eingespart. Wenn ich für ein Zimmer in diesem Preisumfeld, auf meine Zimmerreinigung verzichte, möchte ich das Geld lieber selbst spenden oder wissen, wie viel genau PENTA spendet. Großes Lob an sehr nettes, dynamisches Personal. Das Hotel ist in jedem Fall seit mind. 1 Jahrzehnt nicht mehr vernünftig modernisiert worden. Zimmer extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit gut.

The hotel is nicely located and within reach of the city center by foot...there are almos5 no scooters avalibale in case you want to go around the city with them... anoying to me was the change from a human checkin service to a self-check in at a tablet...the lady at the recption wa snice and supportive BUT this self checkin thing will make me not coming again as it is so useless..e.g. changing room, impossible.. book a breakfast aside original booking...you need the receptionist..so what is the benfit of this "automatisation"? Makes the hotel less attrractive to me!!

Hotel is located near the centre of town, next door to tramline. Simple and basic amenities, but certainly adequate. We missed having coffee and tea making facilities in the room. We only had one pillow each and the bedding was very light. We were surprised how little parking was available on our arrival at 6 pm, it must’ve been even worse for people coming later. The downstairs parking involved in effect driving into what looked like a metal cage and was very far from comfortable to get into unless you had a very small car. We were surprised to be charged €19 for parking one night. We did not dine in the hotel and in retrospect with lads that we did not because the piped music was very intrusive. More of a business person’s hotel than a holiday destination

Pros: The room was beautiful, silent, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fantastic! Cons: The check in process took an hour, which sucked after a long drive here. The parking lot the hotel has is ridiculous; we paid for parking found no spaces in the TINY lot and had to get a refund (which they kindly did). Parking, though, is 20€ which is insane. Before a refund, they said we could park the car on the road and move it into the lot in the morning, when it is likely to have spaces, before we check out. Which to me made no sense. Who wants to pay 20€ for 3 hours and have to move the car.. when overnight parking on the road is free until 8am and 3 hours of parking on the street after 8am is 2€. My suggestion. Great hotel, but park on the road. Also, the restaurant inside the hotel is.. passable when tired but not good. It's expensive for what it is. All in all, yes I would stay here again. But I would just park on the road, and eat elsewhere after the long check in process.

Very limited parking space. I paid 20 euros when I checked in and drove out for dinner. When I returned, there were no parking space available. So, I had to find a parking space around hotel and finally I could park my car on the street. I would not recommend this hotel to the business travelers with car.
