Pleasant surprise. This hotel is smaller but clearly either newer or recently renovated, as it is in excellent condition. We found the front desk staff helpful, the breakfast spread was outstanding and the spa was a nice retreat after skiing. This hotel is everything we needed. If I were to offer constructive criticism, the rooms were smaller than the pictures showed and we had to leave a window open at night as it was very warm. For the price we paid for our rooms, I expected the "hot tub" to be a larger outdoor hot tub (instead of two small jacuzzi baths).

駅から徒歩でホテルに行きましたが、川沿いの道から階段があり、スーツケースを持って上がらなければならず少し大変でした。ホテルはバスタブとシャワー室が別になっており、またバスルームにヒーターがあって、雪の降る寒い日でしたが、おかげで冷えた体を温めることができました。英語に不慣れでしたが、スタッフの方はわかりやすく話してくださいました。

Aristella Swissflair Hotel & Apartements se encuentra en Zermatt, en un entorno rural y cerca de un campo de golf. Estación de esquí Zermatt-Matterhorn y Zona de esquí Breuil-Cervinia son excelentes opciones si buscas unas vacaciones activas; para sumergirte en la naturaleza, nada como Matterhorn (monte). Tobogán de Verano Feeblitz y Funicular de Frachey-Alpe Ciarcerio también merecen la pena. Aprovecha que la montaña está cerca para disfrutar del esquí de fondo y de unas clases de esquí, y no te pierdas actividades como las rutas con raquetas de nieve y el descenso en trineo.
