Palazzo Pisani - Bari

O quarto é excelente, tudo novo, de bom gosto e qualidade, todavia, reservei para um casal e uma criança de 7 anos e a hospedagem não deixou nem uma cama e nem toalha para a criança. Ela teve que dormir entre nós na cama, o que fez nossa noite bem ruim. No anúncio, diz que não há cama extra, mas, subtende-se que seja além do que é permitido marcar na pesquisa da reserva. Se marca-se dois adultos e uma criança de 7 anos (que não é mais tão pequena), é ÓBVIO que se espera uma cama para a criança. Tanto é que eles não deixaram uma toalha, ou também não precisa tomar banho, como não precisa de cama?

This hotel is lovely but unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We were provided with a much smaller room that the one I booked. I double checked that I had not made a mistake. We booked a family room which has a double sofa bed in a separate area which would have been perfect so that my adult daughter had some privacy. We arrived and were allocated a delux room which is much smaller and had a single bed at the foot of our double bed. The pictures on website clearly show what you are booking. Very abrupt and poor response from the hotel who said it was the correct room saying I booked through Expedia. I had booked through hotels.com so it would seem that they had mixed up a booking. However the Hotel stopped responding to my messages. Hotel.com tried to contact them but their phones were not being answered. My daughter ended up dragging a mattress into the kitchen. So overall it is a lovely place but only if you get the room you booked and paid for. We were very disappointed and it spoiled our night in Lovely Bari.

Un posto meraviglioso dove soggiornare.

It was lovely to walk into a clean, simple and modern room. It is a great location to walk to the beach or to little family restaurants and parks. Would highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, easiness, safety, and location

We loved our stay it is very tastefully decorated and clean with lovely finishes and stocked with coffee pods and mineral water and juice which was a nice touch.
