If you are touring northern Italy by car, THIS IS THE PERFECT base for your Venice/Padova excursions!! The place is a classic Italian country villa, with the friendliest staff of the entire trip. We were allowed to leave the car inside their secure grounds while visiting Venice, even if it was our checkout day. The public bus 7D to/from Venice (2.50 euros per ride) stops right at the property!! Mirano is a lovely small town with great restaurants and gelaterias. One of the BEST VALUES of our entire tour!!

Hotel is cozy, quite & peaceful. Breakfast is satisfying. The price is excellent. Staff are nice. But you have to pay for the water. One bottle is 2 euro.
