Clean room, decent breakfast (breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, scrambled eggs and sausage). For other meals, there are a few places within a 1Km walk to grab something to eat or walk to their partner restaurant. Great hotel for a layover as there was really nothing in the area to do. Almost all cable TV stations are in German only. There are two Holiday Inn Express hotels so know the hotel's address to make sure you get the right shuttle van. Shuttle was a black van with the words, "Holiday Inn Express" written across the hood. Communication was only weak point of this stay. I had to wait several days to learn about the shuttle van schedule. To help future travelers, the Dec 2025 shuttle van information is listed here: Meeting point for the shuttle to hotel is at Terminal 1, Exit B5, on the Arrivals level (follow airport signs for hotel shuttles). Trip from the airport to the hotel is free, They pick up/drop off at Terminal 1 only (Terminal 2 is not served). You register/pay for ride back to airport at check in and it costs € 10/person . Registration is not required for ride from the airport to the hotel. Transfer to/from the airport from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. every 30 minutes, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every 60 minutes, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. every 30 minutes. Departs hotel on the hour and half hour depending on your departure time.

Was charged an additional 26 Euros for what (as I understand) was for the use of their parking lot and maybe breakfast (?). The parking lot is also used for long term parking so it was very full, and the spaces were very narrow. The rooms were clean and modern, but very small and lacked any extras like microwave and refrigerator, which is typical for Europe. Breakfast was good. Hotel is located in an industrial area, and there were large trucks in and out during late hours.

Godt hotel for en enkelt overnatning. Venligt personale, rent og pænt. Ærgeligt der ikke er en resturant, men heldigvis er der en rigtig god en i kort gåafstand derfra. Okay morgenmad med mange valgmuligheder, lidt støjende, men med masser af familier med små børn er det vel forventelig.

The staff was friendly and room clean but the hotel was isolated (only one restaurant across a busy road nearby). The shuttle to the airport is only free one way (airport to hotel) not the other and will cost you $50 the other or similar for a taxi.

It is in the airport area, but you don't hear any airplane noise. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is very good. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but you pay 10 Euros per person to go from the hotel to the airport; there is a similar operation in other hotels in the area. We ordered food delivery to the hotel, the reception staff was very helpful.

Comfortable Hotel, very clean, staff very helpful, great shuttle service. Only issue is that the menu is very limited, and for an evening meal the closest restaurant (5 minutes walk) is not great. The coffee at the hotel was fantastic and of course breakfast is included. Very enjoyable stay.

Das erste Zimmer musste ich tauschen, da das Fenster sich nicht ganz schließen ließ. Ich empfand den Straßenlärm zu heftig, um bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Der Zimmertausch war auch gar kein Problem, dank des freundlichen Personals. In dem anderen Zimmer roch es dann aber unerträglich. Da ich nach dem Checkin nochmal weg musste, fiel mir die Intensität erst beim Zurückkommen am Abend auf. Auch im ersten Zimmer war mir bereits ein merkwürdiger Geruch aufgefallen, genauso wie im Flur. Ich wollte mich aber nicht schon wieder beschweren - eindeutig mein Fehler. Ich tat die Nacht kaum ein Auge zu, öffnete letztlich doch das Fenster, weil der Geruch schlimmer war als der Lärm. Ich nehme an, es hat etwas mit dem Teppich zu tun. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, das Mobiliar zwar alles andere als hochwertig, aber Zweck erfüllend. Zum Frühstück gab es in Sachen Brot und Brötchen, billige weiße Brötchen, weißes Baguette und ein wenig ansprechendes vor geschnittenes Brot - also nichts vollwertiges. Die sonstige Auswahl war nicht reichlich, aber okay. Die Parkgebühren von 20 € pro Tag für den Hotelparkplatz finde ich happig, zumal aufgrund der Lage leider alternativlos. Alles in allem darf man bei einem Hotel in der Preiskategorie natürlich nicht so viel erwarten. Wäre die Lärmbelästigung und v.a. der unangenehme Geruch nicht gewesen, wäre der Rest für mich in Ordnung gewesen. Doch so werde ich, trotz des freundlichen Personals und günstigen Preises, keine weitere Buchung wagen.

Was wir gut fanden: Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und qualitativ gut. Es wurde auch sehr darauf geachtet, dass regelmäßig nachgefüllt wird. Das Personal war klasse Nähe zur Autobahn. Zimmer mit Klimananlage, die tadellos und sehr leise funktioniert hat. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Top! 5* Was weniger gut war: Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Der Teppichboden gefühlt nur oberflächlich gesaugt. Wir mussten die Schlagcouch ein paar cm verschieben und der Boden war sehr krümmelig. Insgesamt würden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten. 8/10

Das WLAN im Zimmer funktionierte nicht! Nach Anfrage wurde es zwar zurückgesetzt, aber auch nachdem ich zweimal nachgefragt hatte, blieb das Problem bestehen. In der Lobby funktionierte das WLAN noch. Im Zimmer wurde die Verbindung unterbrochen. Für eine Geschäftsreise ist das daher völlig ungeeignet. Über ÖPNV nicht gut erreichbar.

It was a great place to land after an international flight. The a/c in our room did not work well, so it was very hot and during a heat wave. But the rest of the property and the staff were excellent. The lobby and bar area in the evening was lively and fun.

Das Sofabett hatte einen harten Rand, an dem sich meine Tochter beim Hinsetzen mehrmals gestoßen hat. Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist zwar eine tolle Idee, aber es ist dadurch so laut, dass man aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird. Es betrifft leider nicht nur das eigene Zimmer, sondern man hört auch alle Zimmer drumherum. Ansonsten ist es ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

I stay in many hotels but was pretty disappointed with this experience. We arrived at midnight and were the only people in reception. The check in took 45 minutes and we didn't get to our rooms until 12:50. I found the person on reception quite brisk and could do with a little but of customer service training and swifter check in! We booked 7 queens but ended up with 6 twins and a queen. Breakfast was nice Rooms were comfortable but the corridors were noisy - bring ear plugs

When we arrived at the hotel it was after 9p.m. We were starving and saw no place to eat. The manager at the front desk said there was a great place a short walk away. He called them and told them we'd just arrived and we're hungry. The restaurant said to send us over. The hotel manager and restaurant owners made our long day of flying worthwhile.

Aside from the $37 taxi ride for 8.5km and 12 minutes, hotel is great. Only two restaurants nearby. Only tried the German one and would avoid that one. The Italian one is probanly nor much better. Room is very small and bathroom door hardware needs fixing (doesn’t shut well and sounds like WII because you have to slam it shut multiple times. Great breakfast, friendly staff all around. I’d stay again if location weren’t a factor. It lies in opposite direction from Frankfurt and not near any walkable train station.

Das Hotel war perfekt fuer unseren Zwischenstop in Frankfurt fuer unsere 4-Koepfige Familie. Obgleich das Hotel ziemlich weit ausserhalb Frankfurt liegt war es doch sehr schnell direkt ueber die Autobahn vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen und dank des Shuttle services hervorragend um entspannt einen fruehen Anschlussflug zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war fuer unsere Vorstellungen relative gross und wir haben mit vier Personen und Koffern noch reichlich Platz gehabt. Das Fruehstuecksbueffe war reichhaltig, der Check-out problemlos und die Mitarbeiter nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt kommen wir gerne nochmal wieder.

Skønt ophold ved A5 og perfekt beliggenhed på vej hjem til Danmark. Lækker morgenmad med personale som gør alt for at holde morgenmadsområdet lækkert og indbydende. Mulighed for pandekager og take-away kaffe i morgenmadsbuffet. Ren og lækkert værelse med god wifi og TV programmer.

Hotel rooms were clean. Basic hotel with easy access to the airport. Breakfast area was very busy in the morning. The BEST part was the restaurant across the main road at the campground. It was fantastic!! Just a 3 minute walk and you get large portions of German food. Don't miss out on dessert- the apple strudel and warm raspberries on ice cream were both so amazing!
