The building is super cute. We didn't realize our room was right above a cigar bar so we had cigar smoke in the room. that was real a problem and we had no way of knowing ahead of time and no one to reach out to about it. We didn't get the room door code so needed to call for assistance to get in. They were very helpful to get the code to us. We had no other interaction with any staff since there is no one on site. We had listed 3 adults on the reservation but they only provided 2 bath towels. The place was old but clean. We didn't realize our room was up a long steep narrow staircase. We could handle it but knowing that ahead of time would have been helpful in case that would not have been ok.

This is a wow hotel. My room was incredible. Granted I appreciate the craftsmanship of the converted Victorian. Bed was extremely comfortable. If you love chains this isn’t for you. Even though there’s no front desk and I didn’t get an email, the restaurant staff promptly helped me get into my room. As others stated parking is tight but it’s free and manageable. It close to the stadium and prices great for wha you get in return. I’ll be staying here again.

The room was clean and comfortable aside from being super charming. The neighborhood is amazing and the food at the restaurant is fabulous!

Great room. TV did not work, always losing signal. Bathroom great looking, but sink too low, mirror too high, very poor lighting. Bath and shower very uncomfortable a law suite waiting to happen.
