This is a great property and the breakfast buffet will make you feel like you’re on an island vacation. For dinner and/or evening relaxing there is a superb bourbon bar with an abundance of choices. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. Parking is $8 per night. We didn’t know that when we booked the reservation.

Thie hotel & staff are top notch. The physical plant of the facility would be greatly improved with the addition of two more elevators. The size of the building requires more elevators to accommodate the hotels full operating capacity.

front desk staff was great. Very nice and helpful. Waiting for the elevator was a pain. They need more elevators for a ten floor hotel. It was a busy weekend, so maybe its not as big of deal on a normal day or weekend.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The coffee packets in the room were all decaf and the lids didn't fit the cups. Breakfast is not included, but had a decent breakfast for $16 per person. The pool needs resurfacing and the hot tub was out of commission.

Love, Love the Marriott Louisville East hotel ! The staff are Wonderful from the moment of check-in to departure including the dining and cleaning staff. Excellent service all the way around! The fitness room is well stocked with excellent treadmills and the dining room/bar areas fun with great service/food/cocktails. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

As you walk into the room it is tile that also flows into the bathroom. It looked streaky and greasy, like it had been mopped with dirty water. I used a wash rag to clean the entrance and it came out black. The rest of the room appeared to be clean.

Overall, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. I have 3 things that made for a less than ideal stay. 1. The shower's hot water was not very hot and the handle was confusing 2. All 4 of the pillows provided were uncomfortable 3. There was a room around us who played loud music until all hours of the night. Finally, around 1 am, I called the front desk and they said they were looking into it.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. My only complaint is the shower head as I don’t feel I could get all my shampoo out and the fan in bathroom didn’t work so it was extremely uncomfortable after the shower. Otherwise perfect.

I was charged for smoking when I did not smoke in the room, there were additional charges on my credit card that were pending and caused havoc on my checking account. They could not see charges on their end that my bank and myself could clearly see. Took me two days to hunt down a manager and they were not help. Now I have to dispute the several transactions they posted to my debit card account.

Terrible stay. Our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. They would just put towels in bathroom and straighten comforter (not even make bed) we complained and were told sorry but nothing changed. I called both nights for room service. No one picked up. Will never stay again there.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I thought I had booked a double bed room (because of the picture advertised by Expedia) and they gave me a king with a sofa pull out. They took accountability for the mix up even though it was not their fault and put us in a double bed room the next night and also gave us complementary breakfast both days we were there.

Although I had my hotel confirmation number an Expedia’s Itinerary number we were tienes away from the hotel at midnight because they could not find either number in their system. As there were no rooms left we had to frankly look for another hotel room at 12:30 AM The manager was horrible and did not offer any solution whatsoever alluding to the fact that it was Expedias fault and insisting there was nothing he could do. Horrible service.

most of the staff was very helpful and nice except the woman who checked us out. There are parking fees here which makes zero sense as there is literally nothing you can even walk to of relevance. I was not told of the fees when i checked in and she begrudgingly took it off my bill. Why is it so hard to be nice to customers in 2024?

This is a great property and the breakfast buffet will make you feel like you’re on an island vacation. For dinner and/or evening relaxing there is a superb bourbon bar with an abundance of choices. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. Parking is $8 per night. We didn’t know that when we booked the reservation.

The hotel and their staff were phenomenal. The room was exactly what I needed. The restaurant "chard\' on the other hand was disappointing. Cold food, long wait, by 1 pm they were out of brisket. Staff at the restaurant was not attentive. Hotel alone 5 stars. Restaurant 1 star

Stayed at this property 3X in the past year. Really like the lobby, bar and restaurant. Food was great. Good selection of bourbons. Very pleasant staff including the house keeper staff and front desk. Will stay there everytime we come down. Would like to see the room windows cleaned. They are pretty dirty so looking outside isn't as rewarding as it could be.

Room was clean spacious. No hot water at the sink and the shower had to run for awhile to get warm water. Food was excellent but service was a bit slow.

Was not good my TV was not working I called front desk lady who unseeded was rude and no one came to fixed the TV when I paid for the room the hope was that everything works I will need some kind of compensation for my bad experience.

A little out of the way but very nice and well keep property. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were nice we were afraid at first because as we approached our room we could hear the family across the hall in their room but once we were inside with door shut we could no longer hear them.
