Office is located in Days Inn next door. Kind of confusing at night. One small bar of soap betwen shower and sink inconvenient. Breakfast consists of coffee and packaged pasty and apple. Nothing hot. Bobo the housekeeper was very kind.

Sign saying to check in at hotel next door. Sent my son in to ensure that was were we needed to check in, the lady pointed to the back and said Super 8 back there. I drove around back and then called to find out there's two computers, one for their hotel, one for Super 8. Hotel was in dismal condition, under the awning was full of ancient AC units, microwaves and mini fridges. Only light in our room that worked was in the bathroom. We got in at night so had to use the flashlight on our phone to find each switch until we made it to the bathroom and that one worked. The alarm clock in the room promptly alarmed around 7 am, which was great after getting in after 10 pm with two kids. Definitely didn't feel safe and used out own blankets in the bed. Wouldn't suggest unless it's your last resort.

Great stat love the staff very friendlh helpful had nice small pool outdoor facing rooms which i like. Nice 2 juice hot tea hot cofee muffins and cinnamon bun rolls prepackaged for breakfast. Reserved king smoking, called after reserved two double check King bed was available told it was drove 6 hours only to find out they can give me a king for one of the nights but they needed to have access to the room and paint it the next day so my option was that or staying in a double bed room smoking which worked but was very frustrating

Big parking lot had an amazing room. I love staying here at this hotel every time. I'm in this area of Tennessee. This is my third vacation and staying with this hotel. I find the staff very accommodating kind and the value is amazing. Breakfast is continental. Fruit juice milk, coffee Danish muffin, adequate for a quick breakfast. The room was very clean, spacious. I didn't have any trouble. With any of the neighbors, it was not loud.It was quiet, not a party hotel.Definitely a great hotel for a family to stay at.They do have a nice pool

Breakfast shouldn’t be advertised coffee and bear claws and apples. Very convenient to Athens. Good value. Need to clean up the outside areas Random plastic tables, old AC units on the ground. Washing machines mounted outside.

Room is dirty, floor is dirty, toilet runs non-stop and there are cockroaches running around in the bathroom will the light were on. Bed is terrible. TV pixelates and parki g lot is noisy. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing to eat but some packages muffins. Couldn't be better!

I was given a room in which, the previous guest had shaved their entire beard and was left for my viewing pleasure. This place is disgusting! The only positive that I found were the ladies working in the front, who were very friendly and completely understanding. The owners should be ashamed and fined for the condition of this place.

From improperly lit outside causing my disabled father to trip and fall; to the cockroaches crawling around the bathroom. This is by far the WORST lodging I've ever booked for my father and as an avid traveler? I'm disgusted.

Overall comfortable stay. Booked Super 8, Checked in at Days Inn, confusing. If you are looking for a nights rest, great. Towels and bedding clean. Bathroom light is blinding, awful.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only issue I saw with the room was there with some various cosmetic issues here and there, the biggest being that the shower faucet would never fully turn off. It was turned off when we got there but after the first shower it would not turn off fully. All in all, it was a good stay and we will definitely stay again next year when we come through.

Check in took a long time. Given smoking rooms, asked for non. One room was being worked on. Photos mis represented everything about the property, rooms, breakfast area, etc... Manager ended up putting us in different rooms. They were ok. We did appreciate that.

It was quiet, friendly and helpful service. Nothing flashy or pricey, but for a clean and convenient hotel when I was in town it was perfect. Would stay again.

I was called at 11pm by the blonde worker to come to the office and when i asked why she was very rude and would not tell me when i tried calling back she hung up on me and would not pick up the phone i recalled 11 TIMES its 11pm why the heck would i wanna come to the office ??? I go to the office to get yelled at for paying for her clothing to be dried THEN i was accused of stealing her clothing! It was mainly children clothing that probably sat for at least an hour before i moved them then they were in the dryer for more than an hour as well. She screamed at me saying she didnt cate if they are left in there for 5 hours but yet im the PAYING CUSTOMER that is their for a limit time and she had BOTH washers full! When i asked to see the camera footage she kept screaming she had she refused to show me and would not let me speak with the manager . This hotel deserves zeros stars but i guess 1 will do.

When we arrived the front desk was friendly and had us in our room quickly. If i texted the front desk with a question i was answered right away. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I got more for my money than i expected. Thank yoj.

Dirty room. No water pressure. Fridge not cold at all. Roaches in bathroom. Hair in tub. Loud guests in both rooms beside mine, screaming and yelling all night back and forth to each other. Breakfast was a joke. Staff not at all helpful or courteous when checking out. Could care less about complaints. Plenty of other places to stay

Room is dirty, floor is dirty, toilet runs non-stop and there are cockroaches running around in the bathroom will the light were on. Bed is terrible. TV pixelates and parki g lot is noisy. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing to eat but some packages muffins. Couldn't be better!

Ok place. A little pricey for the general condition and amenities. Chose the super 8 because they usually have a very good breakfast. This place only served coffee, juice, and a roll.

Breakfast...yuck. coffee pot broken. Having to make a pot with a mr coffe pot. Juice machine was not working. Just had muffins.....not really a breakfast included!

Connected to Days Inn. One office for both. No coffee, no coffee cups, no water cups, no operating ice machine. Don't even bother with "breakfast."

Was close to the interstate could hear traffic all night room had a very musky smell had bad allergies from it. There is no real breakfast. Had the choice of a bear claw cinnamon roll or a mini blueberry muffin did not even have coffee as machine was broken. Don’t expect much when staying here.

Big parking lot had an amazing room. I love staying here at this hotel every time. I'm in this area of Tennessee. This is my third vacation and staying with this hotel. I find the staff very accommodating kind and the value is amazing. Breakfast is continental. Fruit juice milk, coffee Danish muffin, adequate for a quick breakfast. The room was very clean, spacious. I didn't have any trouble. With any of the neighbors, it was not loud.It was quiet, not a party hotel.Definitely a great hotel for a family to stay at.They do have a nice pool

Need drip 3-5 cup coffee pot in room, need to expand the breakfast offerings, add stuff like hb eggs, yogurt toast cereal expand pastry fruit offerings you could even offer microwave breakfast sandwich self serve. Room was adequate ac couldnt keep up get room cold enough whole stay. The fridge had no freezer, also dont understand the point of online checkout you pick the time you want, then they call the room harass you 30 mins b4 checkout at 11 am. What was the point of putting 11am as the check out time? We were not late, asinine. Staff cordial never needed anything beding adaquate pillows flattened to nothing but ashes so bring ur own, had good lighting great seating options in room shower was difficult to operate handicapped hands water pressure low cows outside great views easy access to highway other stores in area well lit safe quiet had great view of cows in am outside, not alot of tv options. Easy to operate tv remote

4th year staying here for our church camp trip. The staff were friendly, but there were 2 days where my wife and I both tried at different times to speak to the receptionist to get towels, but the door to the lobby was locked and ringing the doorbell produced nobody. We needed towels because if you do not leave a "do not disturb" sign on the door the cleaning staff will turn the AC back up to 80 every day, even if you are there multiple days in a row; nothing worse than coming back to rest from being out in 107 degree weather and having a hot room. So, no daily cleaning, no new towels, hence the need to get more ourselves. We ended up buying our own towels from a local Ollie's. The floor of the room was filthy, it had been swept but had not been mopped in a long time; there was also a funky smell in the room as well. I went and bought cleaning supplies and took care of it myself so my family had a clean floor to walk on and febreeze bombed the room to kill the smell. It was nasty, but I got it taken care of. Also my comforter had cigarette burns in several spots, even though it was a non smoking room. Outside of that, everything else was fine. I have used this hotel several times and there have been small issues in previous rooms but nothing to really complain about, nothing like this stay. If we stay next year hopefully it will be better. The room jwe had needs a cosmetic touch up and to be deep cleaned.
