Excellent stay, 4 Tesla chargers to charge all well lit and close to the hotel! Great breakfast as well! Nice pool area with cool slide and water umbrella for the kids, hot tub for the adults!

We enjoyed our stay as the room was nice, clean, and large. The breakfast was very good with a variety of items for everyone. The front desk staff was courteous. However, we didn't like that the pool was closed between 10 and noon and couldn't be enjoyed before checkout.

Our ice bucket was somewhat dirty upon closer inspection, after Id noted the hole in the bucket and the fact the bag inside was wet. Hot tub jets didnt seem to work 100%, which was somewhat of a letdown for my spouse. Wished we would have had a room with a bathtub. Was told that because of booking the room through Hotels.com that we were ineligible for an upgrade. Breakfast was good. Treadmill in fitness area didnt play nice with me, I spent some minutes on the weight machine. Will likely not book through Hotels.com next time and may avoid using Choice hotel properties for the next stay or 2. There is no reason to show brand loyalty when receiving a sub par experience that is also inelgiible for rewards points.

First room we got unfortunately had a roach in the bathroom but we called down to the front desk and they gave us an alternate room. No frills or anything. Comfy bed. Bathroom was clean.

The first room I was given a cockroach crawled out from under the bathroom sink. I was given a new room promptly and by a friendly receptionist. The second room had feces on the outside of the front of the toilet bowl, but I was too exhausted to bother and just cleaned it myself. Both rooms had clean sheets but very clearly I clean comforters which the front desk explained they don’t wash as often bc they are too bulky for the maid carts. She was happy to give me extra sheets to cover up with and the hotel was otherwise seemingly clean and tidy.

Overall nice. It's obvious that the hotel is older. There was black mold in the caulk around the bathtub. Internet is very spotty.

The internet was down for most of my stay - it was an area wide problem, not something the hotel could control. On Saturday morning I decided to eat breakfast in the hotel. However, the sausage tray was empty so I opted for a waffle. Unfortunately, the syrup dispenser was empty also and I could find no staff handy to refill either so I went across the street to Cracker Barrel. Only thing I can say in their defense was that the hotel was very crowded including a little league baseball team so I am sure they were quite busy. However, I would think the staf would be more attentive knowing they were very busy.

The internet was down during our stay so we had to have the concierge let us in our room every single time we came back which was inconvenient. They also had a ton of work trucks taking up many parking spaces so we had to park in a spot for electric vehicles (1 of 2 only open spots left). If we would have came in any later there would have been no parking at all. Otherwise the stay was nice and the hotel was clean. Staff was also friendly.

A good overnight stay as the half way point of a long 2 day trip north. Excellent location with super easy access from highway 75 and plenty of food options close by which was helpful with a late arrival. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful both at check in and check out in the morning. The room was a good size (I reserved a 2 queen even though travelling solo to ensure). Room was clean...though a film of sorts on the bathroom mirror. All other bsthroom amenities were available and grest wayer pressure. I did not take advantage of the breakfast other than to grab a couple of bananas (as not my thing, just needed to pick up a good size coffee close by...as usual the complimentary coffee/cups were tiny. All im all would recommend as a place to stay if you are passing through. Looked plenty of busy enough on the Saturday night of the Labor Day weekend

I was traveling with my service dog. As i was checking in, the desk rep, (Alex Murty) who happens to be the general manager, told me that he does not believe that I have s disability and demended from me to reveal my diagnosis claiming that he does not see me as disabled and therefore, i am lying and he cannot check me in!!!!! After that I had to show him my animal's license to prove that i have s right under ADA to have my service animal in the hotel. That was a most discramimatoty experience that I have faced as a disabled individual.

The room i had was nice, clean and plenty of room to move around. What i didn't like is the staff said the couldn't do much about people next door being loud at 2am. All they did was call them and say to quiet down. They couldnt return my money after i asked!!!

The internet was down for most of my stay - it was an area wide problem, not something the hotel could control. On Saturday morning I decided to eat breakfast in the hotel. However, the sausage tray was empty so I opted for a waffle. Unfortunately, the syrup dispenser was empty also and I could find no staff handy to refill either so I went across the street to Cracker Barrel. Only thing I can say in their defense was that the hotel was very crowded including a little league baseball team so I am sure they were quite busy. However, I would think the staf would be more attentive knowing they were very busy.

The bacon on the breakfast was undercooked. One of the other patrons asked about it and was told that you receive it in bulk and just heat it up. It could have been cooked a bit longer. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was ok. My room was clean and comfortable. I had to ask the front desk clerk how to close the curtain. I wasn't aware there was a black out curtain behind the others. She was very accomodating and came up to my room show me.

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Pool was open until 11:00pm. Breakfast was good. The hotel is showing it's age a bit. Not a terrible place to stay but the breakfast was just so-so and the room wasn't spotless. I'd probably look into one of the other hotels at the intersection if I need to stay here again.

Our ice bucket was somewhat dirty upon closer inspection, after Id noted the hole in the bucket and the fact the bag inside was wet. Hot tub jets didnt seem to work 100%, which was somewhat of a letdown for my spouse. Wished we would have had a room with a bathtub. Was told that because of booking the room through Hotels.com that we were ineligible for an upgrade. Breakfast was good. Treadmill in fitness area didnt play nice with me, I spent some minutes on the weight machine. Will likely not book through Hotels.com next time and may avoid using Choice hotel properties for the next stay or 2. There is no reason to show brand loyalty when receiving a sub par experience that is also inelgiible for rewards points.

This was my first time staying at a Comfort Inn and we were pleasingly surprised! Starting from the greeting we received from Megan to the night staff when we returned to the Inn at night to the cleaning crew. My only comment is about breakfast. we came to the dining room at 9:05 and when asked the "kitchen" attendant if there was any more bacon her response was, "I stop cooking at 9". If breakfast is served until 9:30 then it should be supplied until that time. We have been traveling to many states and staying at various breakfast included facilities (for convenience) and never experienced this. Just something to consider for the future. Thank you!

The only problem was we tried to check in at 1:30 pm after a seven hour drive. The front desk person told us that there would be a $30 extra charge to check in early for a hotel that was mostly empty. I can understand if we were trying to get in the room in morning but an hour and a half early is ridiculous. Technically you don’t get a full day anyway with check in at 3 and check out at 11. Sometimes a small exception isn’t such a bad thing to keep you coming back. Thank you.

We always choose to stay here when we visit with my wife's parents it's a calm peaceful location and everything has always been kept up and properly functioning when we stay here the staff is welcoming and ready to accommodate our needs as the guest thank you

We live about 45 minutes away and decided to stay here as a "staycation getaway from the kids".. We will definitely be back. The gentleman at check-in was very helpful. Our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were super nice and the water slide was a lot of fun. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We really enjoyed that there were blueberry and regular waffle mix. Overall we had a great, 2 night stay, and look forward to staying again.

If you read all of the critical reviews they act like a checklist of what you're going to encounter. The walls and the coffee tray were absolutely filthy. There was urine on and behind the toilet that probably hasn't been addressed in months. The furniture is past its useful life. At approximately 9:15am I asked for more brewed coffee and was directed to the instant coffee machine. I stated that I would preferred brewed coffee and the young lady doing breakfast advised she wasn't making any more. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was fine for a few nights but otherwise I'd not recommend staying here.
