Ci siamo trovate bene! Hotel comodo con la fermata dei pullman vicinissima. Camera pulita e letto molto comodo. L'arredamento non è moderno e sarebbe da sistemare ma niente che non si possa sopportare. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo e punto a favore lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile.

Staff were helpful, polite with full information. The hotel was clean throughout even the room was amazing lots of towels….which is always a downfall in some hotel. The best quality was the plastic cups in the room, most hotels I stay in I always have to go and buy plastic cups l know it’s a small thing however, it was a bonus for me. Would definitely stay here again.

I made a last-minute booking to extend my stay while visiting friends in the area. This hotel wasn’t one I had come across before, and it’s not obvious from the Old Kent Road, but I’m so glad I found it! I was extremely happy with my stay and the service provided by the staff, to the point that I decided to extend my booking. There is convenient drop-off parking directly outside, and the hotel staff were consistently professional, friendly and accommodating. The bar area is bright and welcoming, with power sockets available, which was a real bonus for me when I needed to spend some time working on my laptop. All the facilities were very clean, and the rooms were spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel, the cleanliness and the excellent service from the team. What started as a last-minute booking turned into a very enjoyable extended stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in the area.

Personalet var fantastiske. Jeg sover året rundt med åpent vind, i Norge. Så da blir 19 grader veldig varmt, umulig å stille termostaten lavere på rommet. Men da løser de det med å regulere tempen ned fra resepsjonen. Etter 4 dager hr jeg ett uhell og skader begge armene, den hjelp, omsorg og støtte jeg får fra personalet er rørende. I frokstsalen får jeg ekstraservice og får skjært opp brød og hjelp til å hente mat osv.

The shower was very slippery and both soap bottles were empty. No good restaurants nearby. The carpeting in the lobby was pretty bad. Our room was large and clean. Staff was very nice.
