My wife and I booked one of Amorita's villas at £340 per night for 3 might. When we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful. They even provided us with a complimentary bottle of cava. The resort is brimming with lovely ideas but the reason that I have given it 3 star is the execution of those ideas. The beautiful private beach is actually covered with piles of old lorry tyres, broken boats, and litter. The gym had no power and a few lonely machines. Watching the sunset in the main bar highlighted how dirty the floor was. The hammocks sit in a wasteland between one of the restaurants and the hotel rooms. There are loads of maintenance issues across the resort from big cracks in the concrete to poor finishes. And everything is charged at a premium - including the 5 minute airport transfer which costs P800 - or £11 at time of writing. That's more expensive than London! If Amorita what to sell a premium holiday and charge £340 per night, I expect a resort that gives a premium feel. I have no doubt that it had that when it opened in 2007 but I don't think it's been loved as much as it should have been over the years.

비행기지연으로 새벽에 도착했으나 리셉션직원도 케리어 들어다준 직원도 늦은시간임에도 너무친절했고 호텔 내부도 넓고 꽤적하고 좋았으나 객실이 3층임에도 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단을 케리어들고 올라가야하는 불편함이 있고 테라스없는 객실이다보니 환기불편함이 있어ㅆ음. 욕실물도 콸콸 나오지않아 조긍 불편. 젤 불만족은 아침 조식 가지수도적고 간단하게 먹을수있는 정도..채소는 샐러드를 먹을수있는양이 아니였음..그외는 산책길도 나무가많아 밀림처럼 좋았고 수영장도 2개나되ㅣ고 바다뷰로 예뻤음..알로나비치앞이라 메인로드걷기에도좋음.보안이 철저하여 투숙객아님 들 드어갈수도없음.

Fabulous hotel, the most amazing room (suite), with lots of the extra touches you would expect in Asia. The staff absolutely made the stay, so friendly and polite. Free cocktails at sunset twice a week, and ice lollies, fruit shot and a flower given to everyone by the pool twice a day- lovely touch. Prices very reasonable for a hotel. Plenty of local restaurants a short walk away if you fancy something different. Down side, no lifts so if you are on the third floor, that’s a fair few stairs. Not much of a private beach either. All in all lovely place.

Excellent service, quiet and relaxing resort despite being near the crowded Alona beach. A minor ick is that there is no shelter to the blocks so when it rains, you have to grab the umbrellas. Also, there is no lift so walking up the stairs may be difficult for the elderly or when you are carrying your luggage.

Excellent villa but rest of hotel in need of some TLC. Location good away from the main hotspots of Alona beach. Our villa was lovely and well maintained, peaceful garden outlook over pool with lovely birdsong. The terrace is 100pc shaded which you will love or hate. Comfy beds. No turndown service despite advertising 2 cleaning a day. However when anything was needed the staff were super super efficient. The rest of hotel is tired with aged furniture and repairs needed (see photo of pool deck!) gardens are nice as is cliff view. I suspect this is still by far the nicest resort in Bohol. Alona area is very low key feet in sand location with mainly beach bbq and bars for the evening. Food in the hotel was excellent at the chophouse. Breakfast was ok, always busy but great coffee. Egg station, small selection of Asian hot dishes and continental style breakfast. Was ok but felt choice was somewhat limited. Bohol was our last destination in Philippines and least preferred as the beach and sea is not a patch on other locations (Palawan and Boracay). Hotelvwey good at arranging transport to and from airport at reasonable Rates and also booking a driver at short notice for a day trip. So overall lovely villa and good service. Needs some repairs which seems a shame as it lets the place down..

숙소 한적하고 비교적 넓은 공간과 2개의 바다뷰 수영장에 해변으로 쉽게 접근 할 수 있었습니다. 체크아웃 후에도 수영장 이용할 수 있도록 해주는 서비스는 매우 유용했습니다. 보홀 다운타운까지 10분이면 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다.

Très bel hôtel dans un grand parc du coup on ne sent pas du tout le monde. Par contre la plage privée de l’hôtel n’est pas vraiment une plage : quelques transats sur une terrasse en bois à côté d’un bout de sable mouillé par les vagues et peu encourageant pour se baigner. Mais l’hôtel a un accès direct sur la plage publique (mais vous n’aurez pas de transats contrairement aux hôtels qui donnent directement sur la plage). Très bons massages au spa de l’hôtel également.

The place is beautiful. The staff are all pleasant and friendly. I was unable to take advantage of the beach. The room was comfortable and beside the restaurant area. They had a small gym, which could be used anytime from 10 am to 9 pm. The beach is 29 steps down from the small shaded pool area by the reception. The place is very beautiful, what with all the trees and winding pathways through the villas.

조경이 잘 관리된 숙소라서 창밖으로 열대우림 느낌이 나고 조금만 걸어가변 바로 알로나 비치가 보이는 인피니티 풀이 있습니다. 수영장 넓고 깊이도 좀 됩니다. 오후에 칵테일 한진하며 수영 즐기기 좋아요. 수영장 옆길통해 바로 알로나비치로 연결 되서 아주 편해요. 서양분들 비중이 높고, 코지한 공간에서 아늑하고 조용한 곳 선호하시는분들 후회없을겁니다

Check in was chaotic. I think the idea was to decongest their small front desk area so they ask the guests to sit in lobby and the staff will approach them when it’s their turn. We got there w/several other groups and got forgotten by the staff until we approached one to remind them we have not checked in. By the time our rooms were ready it started to rain heavily. Since the resort was sprawling and had several buildings, we had to walk to our rooms w/just umbrellas. We got soaking wet. But some of our rooms had no towels yet for us to dry with. It took the staff at least 30 mins to bring the towels. The following day, one of our rooms wasn’t tidied up well. A towel that was left on the bed, was placed by whoever who ‘cleaned the room’ crumpled on the headboard. Toiletries were not replenished- shampoo , body wash, towels. Water pooled on the bathroom floor. There were Dust on the floor and crumbs on the table tops. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful when you approach them, but probably not well trained. The hotel itself used to be nice but has signs of wear. They offer free activities such kayaking and paddling boarding but booking is difficult - gets booked up fast. We had our own transportation and booked our own activities but the hotel can give assistance w/booking tours and offer a shuttle service to limited destinations. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. Over all it was a disappointing stay just because we expected better.

Great!!!! One comment for improvement, the room we stayed in has a toilet room that smells a bit badly. Overall, we didn’t mind it because all the good things outweighs this bit of problem. Will definitely come back

The first room that was provided to us was damp and had an odd musty smell. The next morning another room in the new wing was allocated which was much better. Maintenance of the property requires attention. Service levels were very good. Food at breakfast was average to good.

조경이 잘 되어있어 산책하기 좋고 편안하고 조용한 리조트 객실 및 수영장 컨디션 등 전반적으로 만족스러웠지만 프론트 및 샤프런 조식장 직원들 몇몇의 응대가 아쉬웠다. 오히려 청소하시는 직원과 짐 나르는 포터들이 훨씬 친절했다. 또한 울창한 나무들로 인해 해가 들지 않아서인지 간간히 내리는 비때문인지 객실 내부가 쾌적하지 않고 눅눅한 느낌이 있다. 조식도 종류가 적은 편이라 조금은 아쉬웠다. 그래도 호텔 만족도는 전반적으로 높고 도보로 알로나 비치, 주요 상점 등 시내 접근성이 좋아 추천할 만 하다.

Beautiful setting. One bedroom junior suite was large, clean, excellent service from staff including nightly turn down service. Resort location was very good. Easy to walk to the beach via steps and also easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Resort restaurants were very good with varied menus.

침구류가 에어컨을 틀지 않아서 일까요? 약간의 꿉꿉함이 있습니다. 샤워헤드도 너무 오래되서 낡았다는것 외에 룸컨디션, 서비스, 조식, 객실정비는 빠르고 깔끔하게 좋았습니다. 위치도 알로나비치 와 가깝고 공항하고도 가까워서 이용하기 너무 편했네요.

I think this place may not be ideal for families with young children, as there were many people smoking around and no clear non-smoking policy in place. Another downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, so it was hard to sleep due to the noise. Other than that, the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Pros: The room with a private pool was lovely. The cleaners made the effort to arrange towels on the bed. The property and infinity pools looked lovely. Cons: Could not enjoy the infinity pools as there were lots of screaming children. Complimentary water smelled like pond water and I could not drink it. Alona beach was crowded and limited chairs provided by the resort. Booked a spa treatment - whilst the treatment and therapist was excellent it was ruined by a baby in the spa crying outside the room for half an hour.

This hotel is much very nicely designed, it blends into the surroundings. The poo is really a lovely place at sunset and the barmen make very nice drinks. It has a parking inside. The room is clean and spacious and I could not hear any sound coming from the rooms next to mine. I would say the bed firmness on a scale from 1-10 (ten being like a door) is around 8, which i think is perfect. If you can get a sea view 1 bedroom, do it, they are awesome regarding view and comfort. The breakfast buffet is nice enough (and even excellent if you like Asian breakfast). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If i was going to Panglao again, I would choose this hotel.

The first room that was provided to us was damp and had an odd musty smell. The next morning another room in the new wing was allocated which was much better. Maintenance of the property requires attention. Service levels were very good. Food at breakfast was average to good.

Beautiful and expensive. A bit disappointing that the junior suite didn’t have a balcony on the second floor. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was flawless.

침구류가 에어컨을 틀지 않아서 일까요? 약간의 꿉꿉함이 있습니다. 샤워헤드도 너무 오래되서 낡았다는것 외에 룸컨디션, 서비스, 조식, 객실정비는 빠르고 깔끔하게 좋았습니다. 위치도 알로나비치 와 가깝고 공항하고도 가까워서 이용하기 너무 편했네요.

Check in was chaotic. I think the idea was to decongest their small front desk area so they ask the guests to sit in lobby and the staff will approach them when it’s their turn. We got there w/several other groups and got forgotten by the staff until we approached one to remind them we have not checked in. By the time our rooms were ready it started to rain heavily. Since the resort was sprawling and had several buildings, we had to walk to our rooms w/just umbrellas. We got soaking wet. But some of our rooms had no towels yet for us to dry with. It took the staff at least 30 mins to bring the towels. The following day, one of our rooms wasn’t tidied up well. A towel that was left on the bed, was placed by whoever who ‘cleaned the room’ crumpled on the headboard. Toiletries were not replenished- shampoo , body wash, towels. Water pooled on the bathroom floor. There were Dust on the floor and crumbs on the table tops. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful when you approach them, but probably not well trained. The hotel itself used to be nice but has signs of wear. They offer free activities such kayaking and paddling boarding but booking is difficult - gets booked up fast. We had our own transportation and booked our own activities but the hotel can give assistance w/booking tours and offer a shuttle service to limited destinations. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. Over all it was a disappointing stay just because we expected better.

Such a magical place to stay. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for me and my fiancé . I prefer to be away from the party life, but near it just in case we wanted to do something wild. Amorita was the perfect location where you can get the best of both worlds. The beach has white sands and very calm waters making it easy for kids to swim in. Easy walk along the beach to town and shops. Highly recommend Amorita and Panglao!

Amorita is a little oasis at the east end of Panglao beach. You walk up the steps from the main beach, away from the hoards of people on the beach. The hotel is clean bright and modern and also has a lovely little private cove over the other side of the hotel away from the main beach area. The food was lovely, we ate there several times for lunch and dinner. It is quiet in the evenings so we took advantage of the nightlife on Panglao beach a couple of nights which was fun.

Nous avons passé quelques jours à l’amorita, tout était parfait ! Le service, la cuisine, les prestations, l’emplacement avec la possibilité d’accéder directement à Alona beach et à tous les restaurants aux alentours à pied. Le couché de soleil dans la piscine est le meilleur spot de Bohol pour l’apprécier. Leur petite plage secrète, les extérieurs, le petit déjeuner, le calme, la gentillesse des gens… nous avons été séduit. Bref, si vous cherchez LE plus bel hôtel de Bohol pour être proche de tout n’hésitez pas, l’amorita est vraiment fabuleux !!

비행기지연으로 새벽에 도착했으나 리셉션직원도 케리어 들어다준 직원도 늦은시간임에도 너무친절했고 호텔 내부도 넓고 꽤적하고 좋았으나 객실이 3층임에도 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단을 케리어들고 올라가야하는 불편함이 있고 테라스없는 객실이다보니 환기불편함이 있어ㅆ음. 욕실물도 콸콸 나오지않아 조긍 불편. 젤 불만족은 아침 조식 가지수도적고 간단하게 먹을수있는 정도..채소는 샐러드를 먹을수있는양이 아니였음..그외는 산책길도 나무가많아 밀림처럼 좋았고 수영장도 2개나되ㅣ고 바다뷰로 예뻤음..알로나비치앞이라 메인로드걷기에도좋음.보안이 철저하여 투숙객아님 들 드어갈수도없음.

Fabulous hotel, the most amazing room (suite), with lots of the extra touches you would expect in Asia. The staff absolutely made the stay, so friendly and polite. Free cocktails at sunset twice a week, and ice lollies, fruit shot and a flower given to everyone by the pool twice a day- lovely touch. Prices very reasonable for a hotel. Plenty of local restaurants a short walk away if you fancy something different. Down side, no lifts so if you are on the third floor, that’s a fair few stairs. Not much of a private beach either. All in all lovely place.

Amorita is a little oasis at the east end of Panglao beach. You walk up the steps from the main beach, away from the hoards of people on the beach. The hotel is clean bright and modern and also has a lovely little private cove over the other side of the hotel away from the main beach area. The food was lovely, we ate there several times for lunch and dinner. It is quiet in the evenings so we took advantage of the nightlife on Panglao beach a couple of nights which was fun.

The room condition is also great, and the landscaping and trees are really nice. The breakfast has a limited variety, but it seems like a lot of thought was put into it. The non-GMO soy milk was also good. The staff were all friendly, and Tomar's James, Saffron's Inah, and the room attendant Janiel were the best.

조경이 잘 되어있어 산책하기 좋고 편안하고 조용한 리조트 객실 및 수영장 컨디션 등 전반적으로 만족스러웠지만 프론트 및 샤프런 조식장 직원들 몇몇의 응대가 아쉬웠다. 오히려 청소하시는 직원과 짐 나르는 포터들이 훨씬 친절했다. 또한 울창한 나무들로 인해 해가 들지 않아서인지 간간히 내리는 비때문인지 객실 내부가 쾌적하지 않고 눅눅한 느낌이 있다. 조식도 종류가 적은 편이라 조금은 아쉬웠다. 그래도 호텔 만족도는 전반적으로 높고 도보로 알로나 비치, 주요 상점 등 시내 접근성이 좋아 추천할 만 하다.

Excellent villa but rest of hotel in need of some TLC. Location good away from the main hotspots of Alona beach. Our villa was lovely and well maintained, peaceful garden outlook over pool with lovely birdsong. The terrace is 100pc shaded which you will love or hate. Comfy beds. No turndown service despite advertising 2 cleaning a day. However when anything was needed the staff were super super efficient. The rest of hotel is tired with aged furniture and repairs needed (see photo of pool deck!) gardens are nice as is cliff view. I suspect this is still by far the nicest resort in Bohol. Alona area is very low key feet in sand location with mainly beach bbq and bars for the evening. Food in the hotel was excellent at the chophouse. Breakfast was ok, always busy but great coffee. Egg station, small selection of Asian hot dishes and continental style breakfast. Was ok but felt choice was somewhat limited. Bohol was our last destination in Philippines and least preferred as the beach and sea is not a patch on other locations (Palawan and Boracay). Hotelvwey good at arranging transport to and from airport at reasonable Rates and also booking a driver at short notice for a day trip. So overall lovely villa and good service. Needs some repairs which seems a shame as it lets the place down..

Friendly, helpful, very responsive staff - from room service, to bell boys to restaurant staff. Appreciate breakfast menu changing everyday. Beautiful grounds with lush greenery. The beach has white sands and very calm waters making it easy for kids to swim in. Easy walk along the beach to town and shops. Highly recommend Amorita and Panglao!

Beautiful setting. One bedroom junior suite was large, clean, excellent service from staff including nightly turn down service. Resort location was very good. Easy to walk to the beach via steps and also easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Resort restaurants were very good with varied menus.

Gorgeous property, and top quality facilities. Loved both Saffron and Tomar restaurants. And the customer service is truly impressive - everyone was polite, helpful and enthusiastic.

Our stay at Amorita exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff really go above and beyond to make it special. The spa was amazing… the milk bath and the deep tissue massage… wow (Skip the facial). The food at the Spanish tapas restaurant was good. Breakfast was incredible with a variety of choices. All of the pastries were great. The purified water was abundant. I can’t rave enough about the people of Amorita!

The room air conditioner was flooding the room with water. The room service definitely saw the porblem but only left towels on the sofa below rather than calling the engineer. Overall the whole equipment seemed old and meeded replacement

Not bad not great. Just okay. The property surely has a lot of potential and is located in a nice area however is a bit run down or not fully maximized for its potential. Some will say this is luxury, I would say this is local luxury, on an international level it’s high but average. Food was great but some staff members were inconsistent. Little details weren’t monitored like soap and shampoo not being provided and refilled, stains in sheets right after changing them, not bad not fully worth the amount.

loved our stay in Bohol. The resort was beautiful, clean and relaxing, with amazing facilities and a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

알로나비치에 있는 럭셔리 호텔에서 편안히 힐링할 수 있는 호텔이다. 특히 수요일 금요일 선셋을 보면 프리칵테일 타임이 넘 좋았고 행복한 시간이었다. 오전 오후에 한번씩 수영장에 직원들이 과일, 쥬스 서비스를 하는데 그동안 받아보비 못했던 서비스였다. 단점은 침대와 이불 등이 낡았고 편치 않았던 것 같다.
