Front desk staff was nice. The only light that worked was the vanity in the bathroom area. Weird smell out of the heater when I turned it on (guessing the room had not been used in a long time). Room and facility is REALLY dated

So many things to mention. I'm shocked they have not been shut down at this point. The water started off brown and then cleared as you ran it. The tub and floor connection looks as if it was sealed by an infant. The tub faucet would not shut off and had a steady stream/drip. The bathroom light/fan had no fixture. Just a bulb and fan. No fixture above the sink, just a florescent tube light. Rust on the door hinges It looks like what used to be space or wall heaters throughout the room were rusted and bent up. Water spots on the ceiling above the bed. The bed felt like you were sleeping on just springs. The smoke detector haad the battery compartment pull out and the battery partially removed so it would not make contact. The carpet felt sticky when walking on it. One of the lights and plugs on the wall above the nightstand did not work. I hung up the "do not disturb" sign when I left for the day, only to return to the sign being gone and clearly someone had been in the room to change towels and such. The money you may save by booking here is not worth the conditions you or your family will be sleeping in. AVOID if all possible!!

Ppl were very kind, rooms were clean, check in to make sure we didn’t need anything.

This actually shows a 8.2 which is more like a 2.8 it says continual breakfast and there is none!! It is a pass through room and both doors had gaps around them you could actually see outside. Stains above both beds no cover on exhaust fan in bathroom and did not work had a Walmart bag stuffed in the vent, smoke detector had not battery and door was broke on it. Had a nice frig but no way to plug it into a three pin outlet unless you took it to the bathroom. Heating/A/C unit was green with mold. With all that said the room and bed was clean but cold as crap especially when it got -7 outside. Paid for three nights could not handle the room did not even stay the last night in fear of freezing to death. Save yourself a headache and go some where else!!!
