Arrivée tardive, attendions juste un retour propriétaire au sujet du dîner, pas de réponse. Chambre très grande avec kitchenette et salle de bain. Lors de la mise en route de l’eau, le soir, de notre arrivée, beaucoup d’air dans les conduites et eau brune, j’ai dû laisser couler un moment pour avoir une autre transparente. Logement bien chauffé et literie de bonne qualité. Salle de bain correcte. Un peu plus de variété au petit déjeuner serait appréciable Expresso excellent. Service de qualité. Je recommande ce logement.

(+) Free coffee pods and milk in the room! Very cute room, looks new. Big room and huge balcony. Charming view. There is tv, fridge, hair dryer, safety box, big wardrobe. (-) I suggest to bring slippers because bathroom floor is cold stone. They should clear the snow for the ground floor access. Restaurant was closed as of Feb 2026, hopefully they reopen soon. Paid more for Comfort Double Room in order to get one queen-size double bed but still got 2 single beds put together → room description & picture does not match. We had a small water leak issue under the sink, I hope they will fix it soon. Communication & support could be improved: nobody was at the reception on the first day and it is a bit slow to get an answer when messaging their mobile number (+41 76 795 66 54 / +41 77 903 31 84).

Wollten um 15.00 Uhr einchecken, aber es war niemand da. Konnten auch telefonisch niemanden erreichen. Frühstück musste separat bezahlt werden: pro Person 15.- pro Tag Zimmer war gross und sauber
