I liked that the hotel was pet friendly and lots of green space around. The area was perfect and the staff was very accommodating. I will for sure stay here again.

Room spartan as described, very clean no utensils of any kind in cupboard of kitchenette just the usual coffee/tea pot and a fridge.Pet friendly with a 10$ charge per pet per day.It served our purpose as we were attending a big dog show at the International Center. Parking free at the back, Quiet at night

I didn't like anything. I was injured in the elevator and did not receive any help. Check in was slow and frustrating.

Stayed here for a night while attending a wedding in the area. Considering the usual negative bias of reviews, the reviews looked fine enough. BUT I was extremely disappointed. The biggest issue was that the first floor disgustingly reeked of dog and cat pee - not sure which one. This was enough to ruin the experience for me, we had to use a side door to get to the elevator to get to our room on the third floor. Luckily the third floor did not have a smell. Otherwise the room was clean but did not look nearly as nice as in the pictures. The elevator shook violently every time it passed a floor but this wasn't a big deal relative to the other things. I wasn't expecting luxury and I am usually not too picky, but this was unacceptable.

I booked this hotel as it is close to a couple of music venues I attended that included generous libations. There is generous parking and two bus lines nearby. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen with stovetop ! There are restaurants in walking distance as well. A great value !

I'd what it is, motel 6. Clean enough. Laundry room was my only annoyance due to no access to a sink. Had to go up to my room on the 3rd floor rinse

- parking was great - staff was always friendly and very helpful - Room was clean and comfortable - one of the lights did not work - tv remote often had to be reset - AC was temperamental - couldn’t find a comfortable temperature

A great place for a winter stay with ample parking, rooms with its own heating and a kitchenette for in house cooking.

Free parking was a bonus.

The room was not very clean, in the bed there was hairs that weren’t ours when we pulled the sheets back and over all the cleanliness just wasn’t great. Specially inside the fridge and bathroom! Hairs everywhere and stuff was spilled in the fridge.

Yes, the room was neglected. The sheets were not clean. The floor was not cleaned there was dirt and dust everywhere. The toilet was not cleaned, someone had used it before. The tub too was not cleaned, there were hair and dirt in there...

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. I stayed for a total of four days, and during this time, no room service was provided. When I raised this issue with the reception staff, I was informed that because this is a motel, guests are expected to clean and maintain their own rooms. This information was never made clear at the time of booking, and I feel misled by the lack of transparency. I had expected basic room service, which is a standard offering even in motels, especially for multi-day stays. The absence of such a fundamental service significantly impacted the quality of my stay and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving communication about the services you do and do not provide so that future guests are not caught off guard as I was.

Stayed 3 nights never cleaned my room Had to ask for extra towels

I have low standards but this is too much. I've stayed here a few times in the last year when I have to travel for work or the weather has been too bad to get home. It's never been super but now I've seen too much. The rooms, all have significant damage: patched holes in the walls and doors, cigarette burns on surfaces, stains from spills on the bed skirts, unidentifiable substances on the walls and cockroaches. This time is was in 329. There was a large 8"x8" patched burn hole in the middle of the table, I think a glob of spit on the wall over the air con, a badly patched bathroom door, a cut air con cord mended with tape. This time, I killed a cockroach as it crawled onto my leg while I laid on the bed (I have a pic of the dead cockroach). I slept with the lights on to discourage more roaches. Doors on almost every room along the hall appear to have been banged, scraped or kicked in. The halls always smell of skunky marijuana and there are often rolling bins of trash outside of elevators or trash bags left in halls. This time the bins were inside the elevator but you never see a housekeeper. People live in this hotel so you smell cooking and because of the clientele, there have been domestics, police visits to neighbouring rooms on two separate occasions as well as emergency/ambulance services. Police cars routinely drive through the parking lot on patrol. The reception is never polite but I'm sure the clientele the place attracts wears them down. It was awful.

Bed linens and towels were not clean, picked up the folded “clean” face towel only to be met with tons of long loose hairs. Bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on bare springs wrapped in a dirty sheet. Was very itchy and uncomfortable. Both my bf and I got bit multiple times by something during the night.

Hotel would receive negative starts if possible. Hotel does not offer housekeeping, none, nada, zip, took 3 trips to front desk just to get clean towels and sheets. laundry room requires change, closet ATM to get cash is local gas station yet no change is kept at front desk. place is billed as extended stay, only if you want to sweep and clean your own room. front desk staff don't care, zero customer service. Room needs maintenance badly, does seem to have a coat of paint never mind cleaning in years. I complained to front desk and they said no services to keep prices low, prices are not much lower than other type of hotels in area. they certainly don't spend any money on maintenance. will never stay here or any motel 6 again

The toilet had not been cleaned properly...the previous guest had bowel problem and poop was caked in the upper part of the toilet bowl. It was cold and there was not a winter blanket on the bed. I hate to wear my coat to bed. when I left in the morning and stepped out into the hallway, the stench was terrible. also still waiting for the refund of my $100 deposit.

First room, 2 big roaches and a bunch of little bugs all over the countertop. Second room, chair broken, bed legs bent. Mattress old and gross. No way 2 people are sleeping on that bed and not waking up on the floor in the morning. Waste of time and effort. AVOIDDDDD. First negative review ever

The place was filthy. There were cockroaches. I have pictures to prove it. I can attach it. I'm going to be filing a complaint. There's also no like general hygiene for the area

A bit tired, doesn’t look like on the picture, at least not the rooms we stayed in,but for the price is perfect . All equipped for the stay, even a small kitchenette, no cutlery and plates but very convenient. In need you can live there if you’re not too picky.

A suite with a kitchen provided all I need. The shower is top notch. A very relaxing stay ! Using a credit card for deposit makes checking in and out easy.

The upstairs floor is pressboard and not concrete. So you will hear the people and or children above you. You get what you pay for. This is one of the cheaper hotels in the area

To advertise a kitchenette and have no dishes or even cutlery is ridiculous. I had to have the coffee maker replaced three times. Carpets in the hallways need cleaning.

The beds are too soft

Room was very clean. Mattress well passed its prime with bumps and deep crevasses. Suite was very spacious with lots of amenities, like large fridge, kitchen counter and sink, huge kitchen table. Room was excellently heated with temperature controls easily adjustable. Big fault was a shower seat that was poorly fastened to the wall and would have separated from the wall if a man sat on it. Reception desk was poorly attended. Upon check in, there was not a single person at desk for 15 minutes. Only one person behind this desk so expect to wait a while (10 min - 15 min) if other persons are a head of you. Parking was well lit and security cameras well placed on some entrances.

Wifi not good. Couldn’t sit at table as chairs were too high. The noise outside (windows closed) and people walking above were loud.

The staff was very helpful and we were able to do an early check in with our two cats. Can't beat the price.

They have still not refunded my deposit despite assuring me it would be done within 24 hours! They don’t answer the phone, head office even tried calling them to resolve and no answer. Head office was supposed to have someone call me within 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything days later and still have not received my refund. Not very good customer service

The rooms were as advertised and in good state. Fair warning, they pre-charged and posted a $100 security deposit 5 business days before my stay. When checking out, is when a return is issued for the $100.

It had a full size fridge, cook top, sink and microwave as well as a dining table for two. It was very close to the 401 so it was extremely easy to get back to the airport. Just a 12 minute drive.

Easy for late check in. The hotel is close to Highway 401 so the trip started early.

A good place to stay for holidays. The room is comfortable for a long stay and features a kitchenette to make meals. There is a parking lot at the building. There is transit systems and a highway close by.

It is close to the 401. Also restaurants and coffee shops were also close buy. The place was quiet.

Staff are always willing to help. However, fridge is noisy while trying to fall asleep and facility is kind of old. WiFi works poorly. Although used “breakfast included” in the filter search while looking for hotels, this one appeared, noticing with surprise that you’re on your own in the morning looking for a place to break fast. Not a great place to stay.

Our stay was great the only down side was there were no utensils and or cutlery available in the kitchen.

We've stayed at this property before, and that's why we keep coming back. It is within a short driving distance to our son & daughter-law's house. We usually get decent rates, but since there was a Caribbean festival in Toronto this weekend, the price was a lot more than usual. There is no food at all on the premises, but there is a Tim Hortons & Wendy's within walking distance for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

Had an on call job, just got to relax. I used the en suite kitchen for meals so I didn't have to leave the room. I enjoyed the movie and sports channels on the tevevision. A great place to relax !

The stay wasn't bad, although there were quite obvious maintenance differences. However, the hotel still managed to keep an okay standard. I enjoyed the nearby dining options (Tim's and Wendy's), and the service station. Staff was minimal, not the most helpful attitude, but I guess in some places you go, that's standard. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and microwave, and a heat top.The hot water was a + ...... NOT many complaints, really just the infrastructure of the hotel.
