Perfect!

Well maintained & clean apartment. Nice outdoor patio and underground garage parking. We had our breakfast there every morning. Not much is supplied for pantry items. Margherita is responsive & very nice! Would highly recommend Il Ritrovo Del Giosi restaurant. 20 min away. Beautiful drive there, outstanding views, & delicious meal!

I stayed with my daughter and dog 10 days jn this house. The house is spacious, well maintained and nicely decorated. However from the start of our stay i never felt welcome. Honestly they don’t like dogs and comunicate in a very agressive directive way., they seem mire concerned about the money then about the well being of their guests. The garage to park your car is nice however entering this garage is rather complicated. The kitchen is too small an the already small countertop is packed with stuff making it hard to use. I suggest they do not welcome pets anymore. Makes it a lot easier for everybody. Next to that they should be more clear on additional costs, they seem to be on their website but since i booked through vbro, i wasn’t aware that, for instance, the use of a communial washing machine was at an extra costs. This caused an unpleasant surprise at the end of our stay. The owner claimed is was published so i had to pay, not a problem but they were more concerned about getting all their money then making it a memorable stay gir the guests

Die Fewo ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alle Fenster und Türen haben Mückenschutzgitter, die sind auch nötig. Es gibt einen TG Platz, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber bei der Ankunft gewesen. Besteck und Gläser könnten etwas mehr sein. Aktuell ist in der Nähe eine große Autobahnbaustelle, früh morgens daher zeitweise Baulärm. Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden. Garten und Außensitzmöglichkeit sehr schön. Klimaanlage vorhanden, wurde von uns aber nicht gebraucht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
