Excellent for the price,with cheap parking next door - £6 overnight, as well as a brilliant array of restaurants, takeaways and bars close by. Rooms ok, maintained well with towels, shower gels and toiletries. Only receiving email about checking in when arriving in Middlesbrough from the Midlands at midday - saw that check-in was between 2pm (that's usual) and by 8pm (not usual!) As we were there for football and going to Stockton on Tees after, this is a problem! Nevertheless, a call to 248 Halls, very helpful guy got us the key - as we were only a couple of minutes away, problem solved. Would definitely recommend and stay again for budget price and the amenities in the immediate area.
