O lugar é lindo e bem cuidado! Ambiente totalmente familiar, respeitoso. Pessoas gentis, cuidadoras e muito educadas, senti como se fosse uma extensão da minha casa. Sou reservada, gosto de ler e estar em silêncio e lá, isto foi respeitado. É um ambiente família mesmo, se a intenção é descansar, relaxar a pousada é o destino certo, se quer só passar o dia, pescar e relaxar um pouco da correria do grande centro, pode ir tranquilo. As pessoas são atenciosas e cuidadosas com a gente. Se pretende viajar sozinha, lá é o ambiente perfeito e se quiser ir com a família também é um otimo lugar! totalmente respeitado

Minha estadia na Pousada Jango teve altos e baixos. O principal problema foi a falta de comunicação e o despreparo dos funcionários, resultando em cobranças indevidas e serviço abaixo do esperado na recepção e restaurante. Para completar, barulhos de um animal no telhado durante a noite comprometeram meu sono e descanso. Pontos positivos foram a decoração agradável do quarto e o atendimento excepcional do Jardineiro, que demonstrou grande comprometimento ao explicar o funcionamento da pousada. Pedidos especiais, como o balde de champanhe, foram bem atendidos. A Pousada Jango tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar urgente o treinamento da equipe e a comunicação interna para evitar falhas no atendimento, problemas de cobrança e garantir o descanso dos hóspedes.
