Great stay at Jaxon. Only thing I would recommend is to have curtains from the sun beaming into the room. And parking was good until my last stay, had to park in handicapped spot. Great communication with the owners. And every clean room, def would stay there again

Room was clean and safe. WiFi didn’t work after about 8pm (bandwidth issues is my guess) and parking was kind of a pain. For the price they are charging, a good deal overall.

The on site manager was extremely helpful even moving her own car so I could park mine. The rooms were clean but a little tighter than expected. Photos made it look bigger. Didnt use the kitchen but it has a fridge and microwave only. Can not cook if someone was inclined to. Room was pretty clean but found a hair in my bed

Was provided incorrect door code. No parking available unless you get to hotel at 4pm every night. Reserved parking spots taken as well. Don’t pay the extra $ for these - you won’t get to use them. WiFi went down, but was resolved within an hour or so.

Clean Room

The room was cozy and clean and was stocked with everything we could need- kitchen utensils, shower necessities, coffee, plenty of towels. There is not a check-in office, it is all done on the app and you're given a code to the room, which made our check-in quick and easy. The room is a little small if you plan to spend a lot of time in it, but it was perfect for our brief stay. We only really used it to sleep and shower. Overall, I do recommend this stay!

I stayed at the Jaxon for one night before departing on a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located between PBI Airport and Port of Palm Beach where the cruise departed. The room is very nice with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, and kitchen sink. The bathroom was clean and stocked with luxurious soaps and lotions. Check-in and check-out was seamless and automated online. I received the door code as soon as I submitted my identification and paid the deposit. I strongly recommend the Jaxon to anyone visiting the area!

Everything about this hotel was great...except the pillows. The pillows were rock hard and way too big, both my husband and I decided to sleep without the pillow at all. The location was great, the room was clean and we felt safe.

The hotel was acceptable overall, but I would not choose to stay here again. We stayed in Room 2, a two-bedroom suite. While the space itself was fine, there were several issues that impacted our comfort. The beds were extremely soft, to the point of being uncomfortable. The room also received significant light at night from the road-facing windows, and combined with the loud road noise, this made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the internet connection was very unreliable. We felt the stay reflected what we paid for; however, the experience could be greatly improved with blackout curtains, more reliable Wi-Fi, and firmer mattresses.

It is newly renovated and looks beautiful in the room. Tasteful decor, kitchenette, firm bed, nice TV, bathroom essentials. Nice little lawn area to sit or play Cornhole. It isn't in the best area, but no one bothered the property.

I’ll admit I did not expect the stay to be THAT great because it’s not the usual chain hotels I stay at. But this was the CUTEST place ever. SO clean. The room smelled great the moment I walked in and throughout the whole stay. The decor and furniture was lovely. If you’re looking for just a bed and bathroom, this is the perfect place. I was in the area for work so it was convenient for me to stay somewhere small. I’ll definitely be staying here again if I have to come back to the area. Olga is also great and communicative which I love. Thank you Jaxon for the incredible stay!

This is my second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and well stocked just like my first visit. The area is very quiet. Olga’s service is top notch and she is very attentive to any issues that may arise. This is my go to anytime I’m in West Palm. I am really glad I found this property.

there was no one at the location when I processed the order. It said I would owe $25. I got to the property you do not deal with a person they make you go online and then they send you a bill for $175 that should've been towed upfront then you have to wait for them to email you back-and-forth 30 minutes later sitting in the parking lot no response responded after the last to tell us that they will give me a refund still no refund

This place has no office. Arrived in an uber. Walked the property sever times upstairs and down and nowhere to check in. Finally called the hotel and some crazy woman answers. She would not shut up and listen to what I was asking. She just babbled like a crackhead. Without answering a single question she decided to tell me my reservation was cancelled and contact Expedia for a refund and hung up. Stay away from this place

They gave me the wrong code to open the door. I tried to call and send messages, but no one answered in time. I was with a very tired little kid, so I had to leave and pay for another hotel. They didn’t refund me the money.

Warning to light sleepers. This property sits close to a busy road. The unit I reserved was facing the road (you couldn't tell this from the listing photos) and subject to road noise and vibration (when busses and semis go by). I explained that I wouldn't be able to sleep with the road noise and the manager just kept saying that it would be OK, with the AC on in the unit blocking the ouside noise. I had to go to another hotel, and the owners refused a refund. I was show a second unit before leaving which was just as bad, there was a gap under the front door allowing in street noise. I cannot recommend this property for light sleepers.

I had a great 1 night stay at the Jaxon! My room was clean and had just what I needed for the night. I didn’t like the idea of no staff being on site otherwise I have no complaints. Short drive to the port of palm beach which I loved. Will stay again!

The location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are decorated very tastefully and they include many small amenities that even larger more expensive hotels don’t. There’s a pair of slippers under the sink and ice in the freezer. There’s bottles of mineral water in the fridge upon arrival and the kitchen is fully stocked with silverware and cookware, including a hot plate. The area is very quiet at night and it’s very easy to receive deliveries. The train stations are very close and it’s a very bustling area. Olga was very attentive to all my needs and she answers the phone no matter the time of day or night. She is very responsive and courteous. She made sure she addressed any issues I had promptly and was excellent with her follow up. This was an amazing stay. I decided to extend my stay I was so pleased with the property. I will definitely be returning when I need somewhere in West Palm to stay.

In my opinion, this is the 5-star of the 2-star places. You can really see the effort they put into this place—it's absolutely spotless. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Olga, a kind and helpful woman. It's up to the guests to help maintain this clean, comfortable, and affordable place. On top of that, the location is ideal

1 positive element: Olga was very responsive and helpful. The rest of our experience was not at all what I expected after reading the multiple‘excellent’ reviews online. We had a lot of trouble getting into the room- our code didn’t work and it seemed there was no staff on site. This is on a Friday evening, standing in semi-darkness with the only immediate help being offered by a man smoking a joint in the parking lot. After contacting Olga 2 staff people arrived within a few minutes and helped us get into the room where for a few minutes the lights didn’t work. We stayed 1 night in a family suite. I have 2 teenage sons. The family suite I expected was a 2 bedroom suite that I had seen on the website. We actually got a single bedroom with a little foldout cushion/mattress on the floor. The cleaning crew had not realized we needed this extra mattress because there were no sheets- pillows on our arrival. The staff person went a found sheets and quickly put a sheet over the mattress in a haphazard fashion, gave us a pillow and blanket and then she left. The ‘bed’ we were left with was sized for a small child and we had to reconfigure the ‘mattress’ as my son is 6 feet tall. We then found a toilet roll holder literally falling off the wall, and the towel holder folding under the weight of 2 towels and looking also like it might collapse. I placed a towel on the shower rail and it fell off the wall completely. Better to stay in a hotel with breakfast provided.

The studio apt I rented for the night was very clean and nicely decorated/remodeled. There is a remote for the A/C, the kitchenette was great, TV had Netflix. Best of all, bed and pillows were really, really comfortable!

It's a small kitchenette but good Keurig coffee. I didn't want to shop around so I don't have much to say.

I’ve never been to West Palm Beach but The Jaxon made me feel like home. The decor was so refreshing. They thought of everything. They had ice already made where bigger hotels don’t offer that minor detail. They had utensils, plates a microwave and even water for me in the fridge. The candle scent and hair care and wash gel were great touches too. I am thankful for them being so thoughtful.

Our stay was perfect! The space was very comfortable. There is a small kitchenette, living room, and bathroom separate from the bedroom. The balcony corner view was very nice, the location of the motel was good, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Will definitely be back when we visit wpb again.
