Above Hotels

We've stayed here many times. The staff are always helpful, when you can find them. Our last visit, I couldnt get inside the gate to park and despite calling and calling again got no reply and therefore no help. The projector TV didnt work (not for the first time) and there was nobody on reception to report the problem to. Otherwise everything was very good.

Room was spotlessly clean ,nice touch with cold drinks in mini fridge ,secure parking 👌

Beautifully decorated hotel, Great location. The free breakfast was just a bag with a croissant, some fruit and porridge in and the free mini bar was just soft drinks and crisps so a little disappointed for the cost. Great projector TV in the room but it hasn't been configured properly so all you can get is Netflix and YouTube. Would have given it 5 stars if they just sort out these niggly little things especially when it's not cheap there.

Great hotel ,lovely clean rooms and stocked mini fridge is a nice touch ,clean towels when needed and breakfast bag every day ,parking can be a bit of a nightmare if its full ,otherwise great stay .

Other than the initial problems reaching staff for access codes (which was dealt with very quickly) There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Would recommend this to anyone
