Da vi ankom var hotellet under renovation, så vi havde intet strøm den første dag og kun strøm fra kl 17 de efterfølgende dage. Der var heller ikke gjort ordentligt ren ved ankomst.

Friendly staff but terrible condition.. tiles fallen off, holes in the wall where the vent used to be filled with a toilet roll, illegal and dangerous bathroom light (literally a bulb in a normal socket). Dubious stains on the foot protector...

Dump - this hotel is desperately in need of some investment. The bathrooms are falling to pieces with missing tiles, holes in the wall, and old tired shower didnt work. From the outside it looks abandoned with broken windows and missing cladding panels - very tired, and battered in a really rough run-down area of Newport. Absolute dump of a hotel

We were shocked at the condition of the so called hotel. The photos of the hotel were totally missleading and the room was at best very shabby and run down. The amenities were not as describred for instance Garden view was over a back yard, there was no hair dryer, no information regarding the WIFI connection and we were asked to purchase shower gel as it was not available. Also the electrics were badly wired in the room.
