Fox and Hounds pub outstanding service!

The hotel rooms and hallways are in desparate need of an update. The carpets seem 30 years old and the lighting in the hallways is extremely dim. One elevator was also broken the majority of the day on Saturday while multiple weddings were happening. Disappointing for the price and surprised to see how many awards this place wins but I guess it's the only option like it in the area.

I didn't realize this hotel was under the Double Tree brand. The complimentary cookies were wonderful. I stayed during a very busy Easter weekend, and the service remained exceptional!

Great room. Great breakfast. Nice parking lot. Peaceful sleep.

The carpet in my room had stains and needed replacing. Almost ran out of hot water when I showered around 11pm. Bed was comfortable. The app for ordering room service didn't work so I called room service directly to place the order. Bathrobes were a good touch.
