Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, however the hallways were filthy and the room smelled like mold and was very damp. The bathroom had no vent fan so moisture collected during shower and did not dry out. I definitely won’t be staying here again!

The place smelled, the floor was visibly dirty, amd the carpet was stained. This was all before we made it to the elevator. When we got to our floor the carpet in the hallway was worse than the lobby. The hallway smelled like cheap all purpose cleaner and gave us all a headache. The floor in the room was stained and the room smelled. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The air-conditioning system was leaking and the carpet was all wet. It was definitely mildew if not mold!

If they are going to be pet friendly they need to put all the customers with dogs together on the same floor! We were there for a college graduation and it was a barking dog in each room on each side of us barking until late at night. Then in One of the rooms they kept bumping and making noise. The floors did not look clean but the beds were clean and comfortable.

Did not get the type of bed we booked. The tv in our room and apparently the whole first floor didn’t work. The toilet ran the whole time we were there. The ac unit leaked and soaked the whole floor.
