Decepção total. Coisas básicas que senti falta: no quarto não tinha entrada de USB para carregar celular. Só tomada. Tive que comprar adaptador. As Tomadas do microondas e freezer não funcionavam. Solicitei providências, um funcionário subiu para confirmar, mas só tomaram providências no dia seguinte (acredito que o disjuntor tinha caído, porque foram todas as tomadas da parede da "cozinha"). Fiquei no quarto andar, mas o elevador só funciona para subir. Para descer, tem que ligar na portaria para solicitar que envie o elevador. Observei que todos os andares estava assim. Isto é, é o padrão; tem aviso nos andares. Como eu descia de escadas e só subia de elevador, no terceiro dia a escada estava com dois andares com fezes de cachorro grande. Pessoas pisaram e iam se espalhando. Avisei a funcionária, mas no dia seguinte ainda estava assim. O café da manhã era o básico tradicional, mas com reposição esporádica.

When arriving they didn't have the room I have reserved , so they put me in another room. Hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. Went downstairs to get my luggage and the elevator didn't work, when returning to the room my wife was hysterical about strangers using a keycard to get access into the room while she was naked. No i do not recommend anyone to stay here not even my worse enemy.

Overall, I really l8ke this hotel. It super clean, neat, and waaay good for the price. I stay here pretty regularly. When I checked in, the woman at the desk was very pleadant, helpful, efficient...such a joy! In contrast (unfortunately) *sigh..... the young man that came to help us with the TV. Well. He was extremely rude. Bad. He was not helpful, he was sarcastic, argumentative, He literally walked away while i was talking to him, walked out and slammed the door. He lied to us. It was really awful. Im quite certain that I won't be back. Important note: I gave them several 2s and 3s. The woman there when I checked in....SOLID 5. Wonderful! She should be mad that he single-handedly brought all of the scores down.
