Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice! The only negative thing to say is the doors to the rooms are loud when electronically unlocking and they are difficult to close (due to no real door knobs). Cool locking system, just not practical/functional. We came home the first night to an open door because we didn’t SMASH the door shut, which was needed to get it to close properly. Hotel is secure with lots of cameras so we weren’t too worried about it.

Staff was amazing, throughout reception, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We did not lik: 1.piles of laundry in blue bags laying in the hallway. 2.door buzzer was too loud and doors were not closing easily so we heard bashing the doors on daily basis

La peor estadia que he tenido en años sumada a la pésima atencion, desde que en mi habitacion en baño no s limpio correctamente ya que habia basura no retirada, hasta dormir a 30 grados porque no les importo que la calefaccion estaba malograda, no tiene recepcion 24 hrs asi q si necesitas algo no hay quien te ayude, cuando reclame por la mañana me indicaron que el administrador estaba durmiendo (10 am), cero mabilidad no les recomiendo jamas quedarse en un lugar asi, desayuno muy basico y personal que ni se hacerca a tu mesa a ofrecerte las bebidas, de verdad una pena y una estadia fatal

We loved our stay in Casa W. The unique layout of the rooms is very functional. Our room had a full size bathtub which is a rare treat in Europe. The location is close to main attractions and vaporetto stops. The items served for breakfast were high-quality.

Clean room, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and it was in a safe area. The down sides are I wish there were snack choices for late night. The rooms were also not sound proof so you could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the rooms nearby.

Don't t be put off by the limited reviews the place is new and a great place to stay! The room was nice and modern with USB charging. The staff were friendly and gave us some good tips on how best to spend our limited time within Venice. Breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet selection, good coffee made to order as well as made to order food. We both particularly enjoyed the pancakes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property feels fresh and new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight was the breakfast – honestly the best I’ve ever had in an Italian hotel. Everything was prepared on the spot by a very kind lady, who immediately refilled the plates and made sure nothing was missing. All the food was made from natural, fresh ingredients, and you could really taste the quality. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et par chance par une personne qui parlait français. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le canal et nous avons eu une suite. L’hôtel est très bien situé : au calme et près de sites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Pour résumer tout était parfait.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property feels fresh and new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight was the breakfast – honestly the best I’ve ever had in an Italian hotel. Everything was prepared on the spot by a very kind lady, who immediately refilled the plates and made sure nothing was missing. All the food was made from natural, fresh ingredients, and you could really taste the quality. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et par chance par une personne qui parlait français. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le canal et nous avons eu une suite. L’hôtel est très bien situé : au calme et près de sites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Pour résumer tout était parfait.

We loved our stay in Casa W. The unique layout of the rooms is very functional. Our room had a full size bathtub which is a rare treat in Europe. The location is close to main attractions and vaporetto stops. The items served for breakfast were high-quality.

Clean room, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and it was in a safe area. The down sides are I wish there were snack choices for late night. The rooms were also not sound proof so you could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the rooms nearby.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice! The only negative thing to say is the doors to the rooms are loud when electronically unlocking and they are difficult to close (due to no real door knobs). Cool locking system, just not practical/functional. We came home the first night to an open door because we didn’t SMASH the door shut, which was needed to get it to close properly. Hotel is secure with lots of cameras so we weren’t too worried about it.

La peor estadia que he tenido en años sumada a la pésima atencion, desde que en mi habitacion en baño no s limpio correctamente ya que habia basura no retirada, hasta dormir a 30 grados porque no les importo que la calefaccion estaba malograda, no tiene recepcion 24 hrs asi q si necesitas algo no hay quien te ayude, cuando reclame por la mañana me indicaron que el administrador estaba durmiendo (10 am), cero mabilidad no les recomiendo jamas quedarse en un lugar asi, desayuno muy basico y personal que ni se hacerca a tu mesa a ofrecerte las bebidas, de verdad una pena y una estadia fatal

Don't t be put off by the limited reviews the place is new and a great place to stay! The room was nice and modern with USB charging. The staff were friendly and gave us some good tips on how best to spend our limited time within Venice. Breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet selection, good coffee made to order as well as made to order food. We both particularly enjoyed the pancakes.

Location is extremely convenient to local attractions water taxi stop. The morning breakfast is superb and gets your day in Venice off to a fantastic start. All personnel at this hotel are wonderful and go out of their way to in sure your stay is outstanding

This was a less busy area than other hot-spot areas in Venice, which was good. The water taxi was close by, so getting to the crowds was relatively easy. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast was beautifully prepared with lots of choices and made-to-order omelets upon request.

Matresses are on floor which was unexpected and hard to get up from but everything else was wonderful. The young man at the desk was extremely polite and helpful with checking in, suggestions and help getting around the island easily. Property was in good spot close to water taxis and buses with a short walk to all other locations.

I chose this hotel because I wanted something away from the touristy areas. It was a great decision. Not too far away but far enough that the area wasn’t overly crowded. The room was very quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were super nice and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was super good. I looked forward to it every morning. I’d definitely stay here again. Grazie Casa W!
