We were given another room that we were told was an upgrade but was exactly like the first room, though the second room was clean. Bathrooms are tiny and room was cramped. Bed was comfortable on the plus side.

This hotel was horrible, there was a mildew smell throughout the rooms and the corridors. Something was going on with the AC and everything in the room felt damp and the hallways were not conditioned at all. There was visible mold you could see on the ceilings in the room and in the common area. I would have left and found a different hotel but it was a work trip and we got in around midnight and were only staying until an early flight the next day. My sinuses were messed up for days after staying here.

1. The first room I was given smelled like mildew. I had to ask the receptionist to give me another room. The gym and the pool had similar smells, so I’m assuming it has to do with dirty/broken filters in those areas affecting first and second floor rooms. 2. The second room I was given had no water. I didn’t realize until the morning when I went to take a shower and nothing came out. - I am shocked at the motel level quality at something as prestigious as a Hilton Hotel. I will definitely be sending a note to the corporate office because that was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a while.

Airport shuttle was a little delayed even at 6am but staff was very helpful communicating how close. It was stormy. Also the night bartender was AMAZING! He had tons of people due to flight delays and only one working but he was on top of his game ! Excellent service. Check in was so fast as well ! Really appreciate all that due to the many many delays that night

We called atleast 4 times for transportation and no one pjckes up the phone, tried the main desk, no answer. We had to spend $37 to take a cab from the airport to the hotel. The ac did not work in the room either. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice though..once we got to the hotel.

The staff was very nice! Front desk Randy, Jonathan, & Lena were very welcoming and held great conversation. The rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure of that. They also made sure to supply us with water and cookies any time we asked. My family appreciates you ALL and we will definitely be back.

The staff was awesome!! I checked in late due to my flight being delayed. I did not have any of my toiletries on me. Not only was the front desk agent super friendly, but she also gave me everything I needed. She defiantly went above and beyond for me!!

The front desk staff were incredibly rude to myself and various guests throughout my stay. Employees at the restaurant and housekeeping staff are friendly while employees at the front desk are actively bad at their jobs and taking out their frustrations on any guest that approaches. I witnessed one guest indicate to the front desk staff that he had been waiting for the airport shuttle for over an hour. The front desk staff barely acknowledged his presence and refused to provide the manager's contact information until **their own employee** overheard what was happening and began arguing with them about their poor quality of service. I reached out to the General Manager of the hotel, LaTina Ray, with my experience and have been ignored thus far.

We’ve waited for the airport shuttle to come for 45 minutes! Called 4 times to ask why it takes them this long and their response was they are coming. What a disaster of a service! It’s better to not just offer it! While waiting for the shuttle the Holiday Inn shuttle came by 3 times. The hallway and the room had a mildew smell. In the room it was obvious that there was a water damage on the ceiling and then it was covered by adding wall color on top of it. This just caused my mold sensitivities to flare up. There were some yellow stains on the carpet through out the whole room. Do not recommend. I am shocked how this place runs under Hilton.

New, clean, convenient close to airport, comfortable. Check in clerk was great, a young man. Bartender was grumpy, poor service, everyone else was awesome!! Great clean hotel! Would stay again and recommend.

Hotel was nice. Bed was amazing… A couple of things though: because this was a stay due to my connecting flight being canceled, I was unable to have my toiletries, There were no complementary toiletries. Everything was for purchase only, very disappointing given the location of the hotel is mainly for airport travelers… Plus, restaurant did not have many things on the menu available along with running out of white wine at 7pm

The limited food service and bar hours were very inconvenient. I booked there so we could get something to eat after a long day of travelling and many delays. No food after 10 after we had waited 40 minutes for an airport shuttle. Some front desk staff were very nice. The young man who checked us in was not. I asked for a bottle of water (would have paid) and was told that since I didn’t have the membership I couldn’t have any. He also charged us twice, which I was able to clear up the next day at the front desk. Generally missing any desire to offer customer service. Sorry to complain but you should know. Thank you

Upon checking the attendant did not give us our complementary bag with cookies and water. We went to the bar and it was very under staffed we ordered a hamburger and took almost 2 hours to get it to us. The bartender was waiting the bar and restaurant poor lady was very busy and was no way to keep up.

There wasn't a restaurant just a bar with some food. We ordered 2 drinks which they were out of and two dinners which the said were discontinued from the menu. Felt a little seedy.

The fire alarm went off at 2 am. We got ready to evacuate but the fireman told us to stay in our room. The alarm continued for about an hour. It was almost impossible to go back to sleep after this since my wife was worried about what was happening. We had two rooms and it made the night very long.

What a bizarre hotel, very old and incredibly unprofessional staff who yell across the lobby like it’s sporting event. Pool not in filled w water and was one reason I booked it !!! Also no hot water ??!?!!!! Bed was comfortable and shuttle Convenient but absolultely not worth the money or effort. No cookie either !!!

The room was clean but very humid and damp feeling and smelled a little musty. The staff was very nice and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was excellent and convenient.
