Hotel was clean and as advertised. It was perfect for or stay, clean and cheap. You get what you pay for, no frills, we were literally there to sleep for about 5 hours. We felt it was clean and safe. We were traveling with a dog and there was a nice grassy area in the back. They offer coffee and juice in the area near the office in the morning.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant. I was able to bring my dog as it is a dog friendly hotel. There a nice area behind the hotel where you can walk your dog with doggie bags and trash bin included. Unfortunately, some of the guests do not pick up after their dogs which is ashame.

We stayed 1 night with our dog enroute south... there is no extra pet fee here and there is a designated area outside for morning and nighttime dog bathroom visits. It is a very basic hotel but very clean and for 1 night it's perfect. It's located very close to the interstate highway and places for food. We would use this place again.

Convenient to Rt 95 and Rt 17. Rooms are reasonable rates. Friendly staff. No breakfast but 24hr coffee in lobby. No work center. Has nice area in back for dogs and a couple of picnic tables. Easy drive to most chain restaurants and only minutes from downtown Fredericksburg.

I have never stayed at a property so dirty. I cleaned my room deeply once I got there. Tub was dirty , floors , sink and sink counter. The door you come in was filthy. I looked in the fridge the rubber around it was black and disgusting. It was to late to go somewhere else. They need new cleaning staff.

Upon arrival There were 5 dead bugs in the corner on the floor dirty, wet, used washcloths in the bathroom hanging up stains on bedsheets the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING! There are bugs in the light above the bathroom It smells very musty and moldy the whole place overall is disgusting the service is terrible worst experience ever

This property is so much better than it was a year or so ago when I last stayed here. During the last time I had made myself promise that I would never stay again. I forgot exactly where I was when I made the reservation for this visit and was so extremely surprised at how much better The entire place was. It is not in the easiest place to get to off of the main highway, but once you are checked in and in the room, it is clean. It is neat. It is very nice.

This red roof was absolutely disgusting! There were roaches, there was used false eyelashes on sink. Dirty shower pubic hairs on towels & shower. After driving for 10 hours I just wanted to rest in a decent room. Not here! The walls were so thin I could literally hear the guy next door on his phone until 3 am until I finally banged on wall & put my pillow at other end of bed. Besides that there were burn holes & God knows what stains on the bed cover! We left way before check out because both rooms I booked were the same gross! My sister was in the other room I booked & she had someone knocking on her door all night, but when checked no one was there. So she stayed up all night. Not a place to rest or get cleaned up from road traveling at all! Maybe for locals to party at? (Won't let me upload photos)

only thing is not every room has a microwave(but they have 2 downstairs by the vending machines) and i noticed my room the door wasn’t properly sealed completely but the privacy lock ( i’ve never seen before it’s nice actually) helps that worry a lot! it was a nice stay and would stay again

I loved the affordability of this property. I also loved how clean it was. However, the facility sits very close to a busy road/intersection. For many, I imagine, that is comforting sounds of home. Not so much for me. Emergency services, racing motorcycles, and others were a bridge to far that affordability cannot overcome.

I made a reservation online around 11:30pm. I was trying to find hotel but due to construction I did not arrive until 12:04. My daughter reserved a room non smoking two queen beds. I get there and was told there were two king smoking rooms left. I told them I was allergic to smoke. I ask for my money back. The clerk came out to our car and said one room was rented and he had one left. My booking company Expedia has tried to get my money back but can't. Never use expedia or red roof inn.

Hotel was clean and as advertised. It was perfect for or stay, clean and cheap. You get what you pay for, no frills, we were literally there to sleep for about 5 hours. We felt it was clean and safe. We were traveling with a dog and there was a nice grassy area in the back. They offer coffee and juice in the area near the office in the morning.

Their ad mentioned breakfast which is why I booked them. That's something they need to update. There wasn't anything. I was very annoyed. I would have rebooked Quality Inn where I stayed days earlier. They had Great Breakfast. Something like breakfast is important. Don't say there is a disclaimer.

24 hr coffee in lobby. No breakfast buffet but plenty of places within monutes to eat. Convenient to two highways. No frills but solid place for a night or two. Staff are friendly and eager to help.

Convenient to Rt 95 and Rt 17. Rooms are reasonable rates. Friendly staff. No breakfast but 24hr coffee in lobby. No work center. Has nice area in back for dogs and a couple of picnic tables. Easy drive to most chain restaurants and only minutes from downtown Fredericksburg.

Quite honestly the BEST Red roof inn I ever stayed at in my life. Great location and my room was comfortable. Room right above office too and the breakfast was GREAT loved it . THANK YOU SO MUCH. No COMPLAINTS slept pretty good too

Easy check-in and checkout, friendly front desk staff, clean room, bed, bathroom, plenty of space for two. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, and tv, but we only used the fridge. The parking lot was pretty packed Friday night, but luckily there was a spot for us further down

Room was clean. Nice place to stay. Staff was friendly. Had good breakfast that consisted of waffles, toast, bagels, watermelon, cereal, eggs, sausage links ( first batch of sausage looked undercooked) and sausage patties, Canadian bacon. Bed was lumpy. Sound likes springs were breaking. Showers needs something on tub so you don’t slip and fall. Parking in back is tight. You have regular parking and then parking along the curb.
