Booked a 1 bed room with my gf . Upon the initial arrival, we arrived early and got pretty much yelled at to leave cause the room wasn't ready. I was being an idiot and figured we could try to check in early, so at the time I was gonna let it slide. Left for a couple hours and came back to register at the right check in time. Immediately as we walked into the room, we noticed a roach trap directly next to the bed which was not a good sign. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling next to the sink, DIRTY FLOORS, rusted fridge, table and microwave. Tv didn’t work, missing lightbulb in one of the lamps. I had to flush 3 roaches during my stay. The staff when we actually checked in at the correct time were very helpful and nice. Same as when we checked out.

No microwave or fridge in rooms. Door to the room look like it has been kicked in at one point. Guy at the front desk stated if you don’t like the room come back immediately and it is no refunds. Partial parking lock entrance exit blocked. A lot of activities in the parking lot Left before it got dark…not sure what the environment would turn into when the the sun went down. Not sure if the pool was ever open we were there on Labor Day and it was shut down, completely covered with no pool furniture anywhere to be seen
