This is a newly renovated motel. It was previously a Super 8. The management is wonderful, great family. Yes, the area has some homeless nearby but the parking lot is very clean and secure. Property is spotless and safe. Comfortable beds, pillows and clean!

Great service! The receptionist was friendly and answered all of our questions. They also cleaned our room while we were away. The room itself was very clean. The bed was comfy, the ac worked great, and the bathroom was spotless. Only downside there was the Internet was a bit slow. The hotel is recently refurbished, and while the rooms and lobby look great, the hallways, elevator and external walls all look like they could use some more TLC. This is a great location if you are going to six flags, it's just two exits down on the highway, 5 minutes. However the area directly around the hotel, including the parking lot, had some sketchy folks and a good amount of trash. I'd say, for the price, absolutely worth it for a good stay in Vallejo.

The water out of the shower was lukewarm. The ice maker didn't work. Was ignored when I walked into the lobby to check in. The "owner" was so busy doing touch-up paint work outside I had to go and ask her if we could check in. Plenty of nicer properties in Petaluma

Very noisy. The hotel is right off the freeway and between two busy streets. The pictures were deceiving. The outside of the hotel looks much worse than the pictures. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Property has new owners going through some renovation everything was new some construction was still going on but not intruding it. I meant the owner and staff were extremely nice. Heavily discounted trying to attract a customer base but will probably be twice as much once they're done

Our room was EXTREMELY dirty - stains and hair on the bedding. Hair all over the floor and black chunky stuff in the sink. We did get moved to a different but not until 2am. No not water, and there were bed bugs!! My earrings were stolen and the front desk “manager” was not willing to help or provide compensation. I do have to say that the night auditor was very nice, took photos and kept apologizing. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Definitely an excellent option if you are visiting Vallejo.

Overall decent. I didn’t realize there were so many Harley-Davidson’s in Vallejo…. We heard them all night. Perhaps there was a gathering/late night bike run?? lol If you need to call the front desk you can’t there aren’t phones in the room, but extra steps never caused anyone any health issues. 😁 I’d book again for the simple fact of having Burger King & Taco Bell as neighbors for late night snacking. Employees were super nice and helpful! Good experience.

Very clean and tidy rooms. There was a balcony, but we couldn't figure out how to open the door. The place was like brand new. We might have been first in that room, since the TV wasn't programmed, the hair dryer cord was still wire tired, and the shampoo and soap bottles have been opened. The place was very clean. However, the area has only fast food in walking distance, and walking there can be scary as far as traffic coming off the freeway. The TV not only wasn't programmed, but sitting my Roku into added the TV to my account! Addressing the concerns to the very pleasant staff was a bit futile due to a bit of a language barrier. There was lots of noise from the freeway and from police and fire vehicles using their sirens to cross the intersections. Overall, the place was very clean and safe, and close to my bed, but I don't think I'd stay there again.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell it is faily new. Not sure if it was just built or if it is newly renovated. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. They were so soft and comfortable.

The staff were very kind and helpful for our stay. They earned our support! The rooms were very clean the bathroom was very nice and it even had a Roku TV. If we ever come back to Vallejo we will definitely be staying here again.

Our room was clean; the hotel is very basic and is located in a small triangle of land bordered by I80 and two of its off ramps and is therefore in a VERY noisy location. We asked to cancel our reservation once we discovered the level of noise about an hour after checking in when we could not sleep, but sadly, the hotel staff felt it necessary to lie and allege to us and to Expedia that we asked to cancel after having been at the hotel for TWO hours, which they claimed made our request to cancel null and void. ( This time frame was a blatant lie easily disproven by MasterCard, which confirmed we checked in at 6:57pm and by Expedia, who emailed us proof that we requested to cancel our reservation at 8 pm the same night, an hour and three minutes after the hotel processed our Master Card) Not only did hotel make us pay for just the first sleepless night, but also for a second night, because according to the manager, the fact that we asked to cancel our reservation 'after 6 pm' the day we checked in rendered us having to automatically pay for a second night also. The hotel also alleged to Expedia that we were 'rude to staff' and had proof on CCTV. This again was not the case, so we asked for a copy of the CCTV footage, which of course the hotel never provided to us or to Expedia. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Terrible customer service- we really do not appreciate having been lied to or about. ( Expedia was terrific in their attempts to mediate and help )

KD was very polite and respectful, and very attentive to our needs. He forgave us on the hair color stain on the pillowcase, it was accidentally smeared as I just got my hair dyed a couple of days ago when we checked in. The lady that took care of the room upkeep was very nice too. I think the hotel has just been renovated, and now been operated as a family owned business. I will consider staying here in this hotel again when I visit back Vallejo

This is a newly renovated motel. It was previously a Super 8. The management is wonderful, great family. Yes, the area has some homeless nearby but the parking lot is very clean and secure. Property is spotless and safe. Comfortable beds, pillows and clean!

Great service! The receptionist was friendly and answered all of our questions. They also cleaned our room while we were away. The room itself was very clean. The bed was comfy, the ac worked great, and the bathroom was spotless. Only downside there was the Internet was a bit slow. The hotel is recently refurbished, and while the rooms and lobby look great, the hallways, elevator and external walls all look like they could use some more TLC. This is a great location if you are going to six flags, it's just two exits down on the highway, 5 minutes. However the area directly around the hotel, including the parking lot, had some sketchy folks and a good amount of trash. I'd say, for the price, absolutely worth it for a good stay in Vallejo.

Our room was clean; the hotel is very basic and is located in a small triangle of land bordered by I80 and two of its off ramps and is therefore in a VERY noisy location. We asked to cancel our reservation once we discovered the level of noise about an hour after checking in when we could not sleep, but sadly, the hotel staff felt it necessary to lie and allege to us and to Expedia that we asked to cancel after having been at the hotel for TWO hours, which they claimed made our request to cancel null and void. ( This time frame was a blatant lie easily disproven by MasterCard, which confirmed we checked in at 6:57pm and by Expedia, who emailed us proof that we requested to cancel our reservation at 8 pm the same night, an hour and three minutes after the hotel processed our Master Card) Not only did hotel make us pay for just the first sleepless night, but also for a second night, because according to the manager, the fact that we asked to cancel our reservation 'after 6 pm' the day we checked in rendered us having to automatically pay for a second night also. The hotel also alleged to Expedia that we were 'rude to staff' and had proof on CCTV. This again was not the case, so we asked for a copy of the CCTV footage, which of course the hotel never provided to us or to Expedia. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Terrible customer service- we really do not appreciate having been lied to or about. ( Expedia was terrific in their attempts to mediate and help )

Very noisy. The hotel is right off the freeway and between two busy streets. The pictures were deceiving. The outside of the hotel looks much worse than the pictures. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very clean and tidy rooms. There was a balcony, but we couldn't figure out how to open the door. The place was like brand new. We might have been first in that room, since the TV wasn't programmed, the hair dryer cord was still wire tired, and the shampoo and soap bottles have been opened. The place was very clean. However, the area has only fast food in walking distance, and walking there can be scary as far as traffic coming off the freeway. The TV not only wasn't programmed, but sitting my Roku into added the TV to my account! Addressing the concerns to the very pleasant staff was a bit futile due to a bit of a language barrier. There was lots of noise from the freeway and from police and fire vehicles using their sirens to cross the intersections. Overall, the place was very clean and safe, and close to my bed, but I don't think I'd stay there again.

I picked this hotel because we had an event in Vallejo and I didn’t want to drive far. Well that was a mistake, we should have driven to Concord, Walnut Creek or Fairfield. First, the deposit was $100 for a one night stay. There was trash on the floor when we walked into the room: my husband found socks from the last guest under the bed. It’s one of those frames that doesn’t allow access under the bed so the socks were in plain sight. The manager came up to remove the socks at 11pm when our kids were in pajamas in bed. My husband what the manager was going to do to compensate for the room not being clean. The manager comes back at 1130 asking us to wake our kids up and switch rooms. I think not. Then the manager says well then I don’t want to hear about this in the morning. My husband was heated but he told him ok. Later my husband went downstairs to the car and the manager was rude then as well. The next morning, instead of speaking to my husband, he acted all hurt and bothered with me. He was playing games. This was our experience with the man with all white hair. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

No room service came on a daily basis. We weren't expecting the bedding to be changed, but a bigger problem was the towels in the room were not changed daily. They were only changed when we specifically asked.
