Had something stolen from my car. Back part of the parking lot closed so i couldn't park closer to my room. Saw 2 men walking in with 2 women that definitely looked like prostitutes. Cars running in parking lot, shady. Van had front wind shield smashed. Pool is TOTALLY gross and should juse be drained and gotten rid of. Elevator broken. Key didnt work when we got back after a day at 6 flags. I used to go bc it was so cheap but I think that might have been my last time. Just dont feel safe or clean anymore ;( we actually didnt even stay there the second night booked.

Do not stay at this property if you have any desire for cleanliness and well-kept facilities. If I could get a refund, I would push hard for it. Wasn't worth the affordability. Had spray-paint graffity on the walls in the room, smoke detector had been ripped out. Phone didn't work. Lights missing. Door was rusting out. Room was supposed to be non--smoking, had obviously been smoked in frequently--tar build-up in the HVAC unit. Disgusting. Pool was out of order, nor was there coffee as advertised.

Smoke alarm removed,dirty room,floors were dirty stanes on mattress,one wash rag for to occupants,used left over bars if soap in shower,pool closed do to out break of diarrhea, frig leaked water on clothing,locks broke on door, elevator broke,only one handicap parking spot

The room we stayed was dirty. Elevator was not working. We were on the third level.

This was obviously a frequent spot for prostitution. Honeslty the pictures on the add were definitely not of the actrual location. The building was very outdated and beat up. The room was dirty, my child saw a roach crawl under the bathroom vanity, the pool was inoperable, there was graffiti and knife scrapes marks on the walls and in the toilet. Yes, inside the bowl. If you're looking for a resting spot for the family, this is NOT the place. Management should really be ashamed of themselves and Expedia should really look into this property as they are promoting and representing this establishment.

Booked a non-smoking room and upon entering the room, it was definitely not a NON-SMOKING room, had to transfer to another room. Also there was no refrigerator or microwave, the front desk said that those were additional cost. I never heard of that before ever. Will not recommend this place.

This was the worst room I have ever walked into. I walked in saw the nastiness and blood on the floor how it was broken into multiple times. Hearing people scream and fight over a “HIT”. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had ITS NOT SAFE!!!! My elderly father was forced to climb 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was not working just to walk in take pictures and walk back out. I went to the Hampton inn just down the road a little more and paid a little more but it was well worth it. PLEASE DONT LOOSE YOUR MINEY LIKE I DAD AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! You could definitely loose your life here ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL

Terrible service. Druggies loitering outside the rooms. Elevator didn't work. TV screen was lit up with a dozen bulbs you could see through the picture. No deadbolt. Loud neighbors, noisy all night. I was lucky to survive the night.

The lobby was locked, and you get served through a port hole. I guess it’s setup like this because of the potential crime. The room had a fist hole punched through the door, the shower was cracked and would have collapsed if you would have stepped on it, and the toilet seat was broken. There was at least one car in the parking lot with someone sleeping in it. The hotel area felt unsafe, luckily i was with a group of 4 guys, but if you are a family stay away. We all agreed that this was one of the 3 worst hotels that we have stayed in and btw the pool was green!

The bedding was filthy with blood and poop stains and there was vulgarity written on the mirror. The room wasn't ready when we arrived and clearly was never cleaned. Disgusting. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Stains on the bed sheets, dirty walls and counters, dirty toilet with words carved into the toilet seat, tv doesn’t work, no microwave in room, stains in the shower, no outlet covers, this place is DISGUSTING! Not as advertised at all!

This is literally the worst place i have ever stayed. Trash on the ground in my room, sheets were not cleaned, door wouldnt even open when i checked in. Front desk person was never at the front desk, had to wait 30 minutes to check in, got my key, went to my room and the door wouldnt open, go back wait another 30 minutes for him to go and open the door. Moldy bathroom, just plain nasty. If youre looking for hookers or tweak then this is the place for you.

This property is so dirty. Blood stains everywhere, clogged drains, mildew everywhere, no coffee service, crack pipe in the drawer. The workers were nice enough though.

The room had roaches, not enough towels, rooms were not maintained well at all.

Very dirty, the elevator and hall has pee, there was poop by the parking area the room was dirty and the toilet was clogged with pee and paper inside

Property had bed bugs in their mattresses, restrooms were not clean and had roaches in the room. Not a good experience for my employees, they asked me not to book this hotel for them again. They also got itchy with bug bites on their back.

Staff extremely rude cockroaches everywhere and given can of bug spray to resolve issue. After night was over had a large pile of bugs (pic of bugs in room attached)

If you JUST need a place to sleep and don’t mind the smell of cigarettes this is your place. Air conditioning didn’t work, sheets/bathroom/and pillows were dirty. Staff was nice enough to move us to a room with a working air conditioner after we reached out to Expedia for help.

It was so gross. The bathtub had some sort of moldy looking crack in it. The phone was broken. The fire extinguisher was missing.

Was not expecting much for the price and this property delivered very little. Too many issues to mention in a few words but, suffice it to say, it should be unlawful to rent a room to anyone without a functional smoke detector installed. This renders the property a public-safety hazard. I paid for two nights, stayed one. Not worth risking my life to save a few bucks. Look elsewhere.

Kicked in/broken bathroom door, broken toilet seat. Greasy substance on one of the desks, and having someone chainsmoking outside the room negates the term non smoking room

Check in was good. Once in the room, I almost left. Where the tv was suppose to be there was a hole in the wall. There was a light fixture above the vanity, but no light bulb. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was plastered over. The bathroom floor was warped and moved because of air pockets. The refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it to get any sleep.

Many, many, many things needed to be fixed: broken wall mirrors, holes in walls etc but the most important was the missing smoke detector in our room. We will not be back on our next trip to northern CA.

Rooms was missing smoke detector,toilet seat burnt from cigarettes,ceiling sprinklers broken and wrapped with plastic bag,broken missing lock on door, floors dirty, broken chair missing a wheel.

I booked this room for my brother and his GF they got there a little before midnight. Checked in at the front desk. Went to the room and the room was in horrible condition. The faucet to the bathtub was broken, the vent was hanging from the wall. The dressers were damaged. The front door didn’t lock. The guy working the front desk wouldn’t not let us change rooms- saying there was no other room to take and refused to refund me. I will never book a room here ever again. My broth we and his gf ended up finding another hotel to stay at midnight. Horrible experience.

Check in was terribly slow. At some point in the evening, they lock their door and you have to do all transactions behind bulletproof glass. Fine, but you can’t hear anything, and they act like you’re an idiot because you can’t hear them. They couldn’t find my reservation, so one of the two guys took my phone with the long Hotels.com itinerary number and disappeared behind a closed door for a minute. I was hesitant to give my unlocked phone to a stranger, but I didn’t expect him to go where I couldn’t see him. I requested a nonsmoking room when I booked on Hotels.com, but I don’t think there was any distinction between smoking and nonsmoking at this place. Our room smelled of smoke, and even clothes that I didn’t wear now smell of smoke. The bathroom was worse. It had a very strong mold and mildew smell. I booked the room for two people for two nights. They gave me one key. When we returned after a long day out for our second night, the key did not work. I went to the desk and presented my ID and key, and I said it didn’t work. Again, the person who so ineptly checked me in the night before couldn’t confirm that was my room, didn’t believe me… I’m not sure, because you can’t hear anything behind their glass. After more than a few minutes of back and forth with me saying I want to get in my room, I paid for two nights and the guy shaking his head and saying I don’t know what, he finally recoded the key. And not at all to my surprise, the room had not been cleaned.

We stayed for one night arrived there at around 9pm, the guy staff was too busy doing other things he seemed annoyed that we were checking in. The area was very sketchy we kept checking our car and its overhead storage every couple of hours. There was no spot for our dog to use the bathroom. Lots of litter in the parking lot. The room is really dirty, random spots on the floor, sink, toilet, and bathroom. We wiped everything down before using. We just slept for a short time and left as quickly as possible. Will not stay there ever again.

The host is very welcome and accommodating, very polite. The hotel is very large but there are many people wondering around and in the parking lot. Good location

The guys are very nice, when needed somerhing i would ask and right away they woukd fix it or get what u asked for, the overnight guy is super friendley foin a good job keeping the wrong crowds out so utd not that scary as it used to be

Great location to go to six flags. Lots wrong with hotel! Pool advertised but chained up and dirty. Found someones hairs on my pillow. Didnt get enough bathtowels. Had to have them come and snack the toliet TWICE! No fridge. Tv remote didnt work and when fixed, tcv had horrible blue tint. Loud fight outside at 4 am!

The area was very neglected, there was a very strong smell of Indian food, and there was no elevator, and the area didn't look safe.

I will give props to the workers at the desk. Our check in wasn’t until 3 and we arrived @130. They were going to charge me $25 early check in fee but waived it since I am pregnant and really needed to use the restroom. The next day we called downstairs and spoke to Mike, he politely came up and grabbed some paraphernalia that was missed during the last cleaning. He was very polite and apologetic. The beds were very dirty. Had multiple bedcovers that hadn’t been washed. We ended buying bedding to go over the beds. Toilet was not cleaned very well. People outside were up all night and loud. It’s worth noting that although nothing happened with our stuff we still parked in front of the office. We stayed there because it was within walking distance to 6 flags.

When we arrived I was worried right away, the building is not well kept and there were 2 spray painted cars in the parking lot. We did not go in right away as it did not feel like a safe area and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We went in hoping for the best and the desk agent is behind bullet proof glass. We asked if we could cancel and if we would be charged and they said no, we left and found somewhere else to stay. That was fine but they we were charged anyways. Do not stay here.

A unique mixture of dirty, unsafe and vary neusy, specially at night.With public transportation, almost unreachable.With a car very convenient just next to the highway.

This property is listed as being non-smoking, but be warned! It is not actually non-smoking. Every room smells like cigarette smoke or weed, or a combination. The area around the hotel (parking lot, walkways, etc. was littered with trash and cigarette butts. The pool has clearly not been cleaned in months. The only upside is that the staff were friendly and willingly gave us a refund.

No hot coffee, very noisy, a fight outside my room. Very scary! Could not rest, up most of night.

Just don’t go. Would have cancelled and left earlier but it was non-refundable. Scary, sketchy area and people all about. Cigarette burns on everything, stains on the towels, shower drain clogged. No kettle or coffee available. There was a dealer working out of his car in the parking lot, but he was taken away on the 3rd day. Woken by high-pitched woman gobbling like a turkey at 4:30am and slapping her partner. We got out of there at 6am.
