Hampton Inn Beaumont

My room wad quiet. Check in ead quick and easy. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Chairs in the lounge needs a bit of an update.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly.

The parking was good too many people hanging around front parking lot the bathroom sink was clogged drains slow the fridge didn’t work no bags for dirty laundry in room ac good

The staff at this hotel were truly amazing — kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the stay was challenging due to multiple episodes of no hot water, which was reportedly caused by city maintenance on the water pipes. While this issue was outside of the hotel’s control, it did impact the overall experience. That said, the staff handled the situation with care and courtesy, and their excellent service made a difficult situation much more manageable.

We ended up leaving the property because there was a buzzing sound every three or four minutes in the wall despite changing rooms it still existed. Could hear it also in the hallways. Linked with the elevator and the electrical system somehow. Very disruptive.
