Cabin was filthy. Shower had no water. When we finally did get water- there was no hot water. Had to use shower room for the complex which was crawling with spiders and the door hardly locked. No sheets on the bunk bed. Nobody on call and no number to call after hours. We left after about 2 hours!

The a/c in our unit did not work. Unfortunately the office has very limited hours and it made it difficult to get it addressed. We got in around 3:30pm, turned on the a/c to cool the cabin down, and left for a few hours. When we returned the cabin was over 80*, but the office was closed and we could not inform anyone. The next morning on our way out to our activities offsite I stopped in the office and let them know. They said they would look into it. We returned in the evening and the cabin was over 80* again, and the a/c still wasn’t working. Again, due to limited office hours there was no one to talk to about it. There was no communication via phone or email with any updates regarding our complaint. Even with the windows open, the cabin did not cool down until around 3am, which resulted in poor sleep during our stay. It’s unfortunate we had to pay so much for an uncomfortable stay.

This was the best 1 night stay. I truly enjoyed everything about it. I definitely will book again.

The floor was dirty like it was forgotten to clean and the shower water didn’t work no hot water but there was hot water in the kitchen, maybe a new shower head or something is needed. We were safe and comfortable for our stay. The price was excellent and the area close to the convention center
