Timber & Tin G 2Bed 2Bath w Pool & Rooftop Deck

Property is only a couple of blocks off the main intersection of Kanab, but once you’re on the property you’d never know that civilization was so close. The condo was clean, bright and full of all the amenities that we needed throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush. There are lots of windows in each of the units and while they all have blinds available there is a little bit of a fishbowl feeling when you first arrive until you realize that there is really no one around to watch you.

My family- MiL, Husband, 1 YO Son, 4 YO Daughter loved this property, specifically the corner lot (Unit H) being able to let my kids play around the yard and be able to go up and enjoy the deck all three days of our stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fun movie room as well. Timber and Tin really made our stay enjoyable, the cleanliness of the property, the height of the ceilings, the multiple kitchen gadgets, full assortment was a nice touch and the rain showers felt luxe. As I write that I am reminded of the beds! We all slept really well too! Would highly recommend this place!

This was the most perfect spot for my friend and I who were in town for a trail race. The unit was absolutely precious, the pool area was quiet & relaxing and then communication with the owners was top notch. Easily accessible to downtown with a short walk, it was more than we could have asked for. We will be returning for our next trail race and to explore more of the surrounding area! Xo

Excellent location and incredible property. Comfortable, well appointed and sparking clean. It felt brand new! Loved the pool & hot tub after hiking.

We had a great get away weekend in this beautiful Kanab property. The house is nicely decorated and very very clean. Definitely would stay again or recommend to others.
