Luxury modern Villa North Santa Teresa Walk To Surf

This house is amazing! You pull off the busy dirt road & when you walk into the house you feel like you're in a sanctuary. The view is amazing. We saw the most beautiful sunsets. It’s hard to leave the back porch, plan down time to enjoy being at the house. We had fresh delicious mangos right from the trees every day. The beds are firm and comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked - a drip coffee maker and a single pod coffee maker, blender and anything else you might need. The driveway is as others described. The first time you do it, it’s a bit intimidating, however, once you get use to it it’s not a big deal. Juidit helped us plan our stay.He was very welcoming and always available for questions or concerns.Daisy helped us keep the house tidy and her service was fantastic. You can tell that she and Judit care a lot about the house and the guests experience. It was a nice feeling to have Ernesto monitoring the property at night.Not that we felt unsafe at any point but it did give us piece of mind. Something to consider if you plan to use all 4 bedrooms is the lower level bedroom is slightly smaller with a less extraordinary bathroom compared to the others. You’ll have to walk around your suitcases unless you plan to unpack. It is also separate from the main house house. That being said it’s still an amazing room! Judit arranged surf lessons for a beginner and he worked with Luis. He was super and you can ask for him. This will be a trip we will never forget.

The villa is beautiful and the view is spectacular. You definitely need ATVs to get up and down but these are the perfect way to travel in Santa Teresa. Judit, the house manager, is super efficient and her husband, Cesar, is an exceptional surf teacher. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

Have stayed in 5 different homes in Santa Teresa in the last few years. This one was fabulous!

Great modern well equiped property. Everything is very new and works well. The pool is bigger then the pictures make it look and is wonderful. Mountainside living monkey bird and dog sounds in the morning. Afternoon sun is warm and direct but ac units work well. Road up to villa is steep and needs work is the only issue.

We had a terrific trip. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. We were a group of seven with changing travel, culinary and activity requests. Judit was incredibly helpful and managed everything with grace and professionalism. The outdoor deck/pool (i.e. ocean views, sun bathing, sunrise/sunset) was the fan favorite. The location is great with easy access to town. The only minor drawback was the somewhat challenging road up to the house - which we mastered after the first two days. We will be back!!!
