Positives: Staff were friendly; breakfast was great; good value for the price; easy access; clean and comfortable bed and room Negatives: I have three non-negotiable expectations: (1) A clean bed; (2) Air-conditioning; and (3) reliable internet (especially when I have an important work meeting online. This property does not offer reliable internet on the 3rd and 4th floors. The way otherwise-friendly staff just shrugged and said "this sometimes happens" makes me think this is just a permanent reality of this property. The offered solution was to hang out in the noisy breakfast area for a long-planned 9:00am meeting online. So, I opted to sit in the car with the meeting on the phone and laptop open against the steering wheel juggling spread sheets. Won't stay here again, and unlikely to use IHG properties as a result: will probably just pay more for reliable internet with Hilton Honors.

Everything was good

I highly recommend this hotel. Tonight‘s stay was a part of a very long trip and I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience of the trip. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms and property were well kept and nice. Very modern and clean
