The room was clean. A few cobwebs on the lamp, but nice clean bathroom and sheets. The property is rustic but charming.

I arrived early, about 1230pm (check in is 3pm); however, it was pretty weird asking for early check in. I paid for two nights, decided to leave after the first, didn't even ask for a refund. After spending several hours attempting to talk myself in the shower, I simply couldn't.

The motel is 10 miles off the freeway. The room smelled musty. One window was sealed. The other small windows had to be propped open and let in little air. The shower had almost no water pressure. There was no staff on site when I arrived and I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in.

Really pretty spot, right off the road but feels more secluded. Friendly, helpful staff and nice rooms.
