Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr nettes Personal. Leider kein Internet auf den Zimmer und Zimmerkarten funktionierten öfter nicht. Abendprogramm meist zu lange und zu laut. Strand war mittelmäßig aber auch keiner baden, Rutschen waren nur an 2 Tagen für paar Stunden geöffnet. Empfehlenswert trotzdem!

Personelin yaklaşımını beğendim. Yemekler güzel, oda rahattı. Lobi güzel, personel sürekli içecek servisi için hazır. Otelin bahçesi gereksiz büyüklükte bir havuz ve çevresindeki beyin alanlar maalesef otelin bahçesini doldurmuş. Nalan alan da futbol sahası. Bahçe kötü maalesef.

Es war eigentlich ein sehr guter Urlaub und alles war exzellent schade ist das man langsam merkt das, dass Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Matratzen sind durch, Fernseher alt minibar alt, bei uns im Zimmer war sogar die LED Beleuchtung alt man hat durch getrennte Stromkabeln mit band zusammengeflickt und das hat die ganze Nacht durch gesummt. Aber naja alles nicht so schlimm ich kann da drüber hinweg sehen auch wenn das Hotel teuer ist aberrrr ich hatte die ganze Zeit Durchfall weil kein Glas was ich in die Hand gedrückt bekommen habe sauber war! In allen konnte ich was entdecken machmal Lippenstift manchmal Pfefferminzblatt Reste vom mojito das hat mich sehr geärgert. Der Pool ist leider auch selten sauber und vieeeel zu warm! Es ist keine Erfrischung mehr. Die nächtlichen Partys an der poolbar sind übertrieben laut also ich bin selber DJ gewesen und war in ganz süddeutschland unterwegs ich weiß was ich sage. Aber das ist ein ganz normales Problem bei den türkischen djs! Die denken alle die Party wird besser wenn die Musik laut ist…auch mit scheiss Musikauswahl. Ansonsten war es aber trotzdem schön und wir waren zufrieden

Von einem 5* Hotel erwarte ıch Meeresfrüchte auf dem Büffe. Es wird mit Golf geworben, aber keine Vereinbarung mit einem Golfplatz vorhanden. Mann muss sich selbst um einen Golfplatz bemühen und Abschlagszeiten und Taxi buchen!

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars There's so much I want to say and give more detail there just isnt enough characters. Our stay at Spice Hotel and Spa was extremely stressful. On arrival, our room was dirty, furniture old and broken, walls peeling, and the toilet flush broken. On the first night, we found a bug on my sister’s pillow that bit her hand. Staff refused to identify it, and we later discovered it was head lice. Despite this, we were not moved, and guest services failed to act. Housekeeping was unprofessional, sometimes ignoring requests, laughing at us, or walking away. I was reduced to tears before a manager finally intervened, and only then did the head of housekeeping take the matter seriously. Communication with staff was very poor. Simple requests like water or towels were often ignored, and basic questions about entertainment could not be answered. While the pool, beach, and some waiters were fine, the lack of professionalism, repeated dismissals, and failure to address hygiene issues made this the worst hotel experience I have had. This hotel is not five-star, and I would never return

Really really bad. The rooms are not hygienic they clean per 3 days. The rooms smells not good. The music is from 90’ the food they use the same when its over. The service is really bad , I waited 5 hours for toilet paper and asked a new towel and his answer was we have so many rooms if everyone ask new one how can we wash these every day. I paid 600 for 5 days but its not 100 eu worth. Only thing wat was good is the location it was close to oludeniz and hisarönü. NEVER AGAIN.

Einer der Schlimmsten Hotel in Antalya keinen Stern verdient! Zimmer schmutzig dreckig Betten ausgenutzt sehr schlechte Matratzen. Altes Hotel Renovierung nötig überall Schimmel. Keine Lösung gefunden für unsere Probleme keiner ist drauf eingegangen definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Service is terrible, no one speaks English, everyone is moody and not willing to help, on top of that number of staff is far from enough for resort if this size. Guests need to wander around for 10-15 min to find someone to help them or ask a question, and the probability of them understanding you is 1%, because they don’t even know words such as “glass of water”. The resort amentities are ok. But the rooms smell terrible and super outdated. Water in the bathroom rarely gets warm and some of the days was brown/ yellow colour as on the pictures below.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr nettes Personal. Leider kein Internet auf den Zimmer und Zimmerkarten funktionierten öfter nicht. Abendprogramm meist zu lange und zu laut. Strand war mittelmäßig aber auch keiner baden, Rutschen waren nur an 2 Tagen für paar Stunden geöffnet. Empfehlenswert trotzdem!

Es war eigentlich ein sehr guter Urlaub und alles war exzellent schade ist das man langsam merkt das, dass Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Matratzen sind durch, Fernseher alt minibar alt, bei uns im Zimmer war sogar die LED Beleuchtung alt man hat durch getrennte Stromkabeln mit band zusammengeflickt und das hat die ganze Nacht durch gesummt. Aber naja alles nicht so schlimm ich kann da drüber hinweg sehen auch wenn das Hotel teuer ist aberrrr ich hatte die ganze Zeit Durchfall weil kein Glas was ich in die Hand gedrückt bekommen habe sauber war! In allen konnte ich was entdecken machmal Lippenstift manchmal Pfefferminzblatt Reste vom mojito das hat mich sehr geärgert. Der Pool ist leider auch selten sauber und vieeeel zu warm! Es ist keine Erfrischung mehr. Die nächtlichen Partys an der poolbar sind übertrieben laut also ich bin selber DJ gewesen und war in ganz süddeutschland unterwegs ich weiß was ich sage. Aber das ist ein ganz normales Problem bei den türkischen djs! Die denken alle die Party wird besser wenn die Musik laut ist…auch mit scheiss Musikauswahl. Ansonsten war es aber trotzdem schön und wir waren zufrieden

Although they have a lot of services and upgrades they are far more expensive than we found in other parts of Antalya (40 euro for a small sunscreen). We were told the system was awaiting repair, but also noticed this had been a common theme in older reviews. Staff were friendly and kind.

On arrival, our room was dirty, furniture old and broken, walls peeling, and the toilet flush broken. On the first night, we found a bug on my sister’s pillow that bit her hand. Staff refused to identify it, and we later discovered it was head lice. Despite this, we were not moved, and guest services failed to act. Housekeeping was unprofessional, sometimes ignoring requests, laughing at us, or walking away. I was reduced to tears before a manager finally intervened, and only then did the head of housekeeping take the matter seriously. Communication with staff was very poor. Simple requests like water or towels were often ignored, and basic questions about entertainment could not be answered. While the pool, beach, and some waiters were fine, the lack of professionalism, repeated dismissals, and failure to address hygiene issues made this the worst hotel experience I have had. This hotel is not five-star, and I would never return

Really really bad. The rooms are not hygienic they clean per 3 days. The rooms smells not good. The music is from 90’ the food they use the same when its over. The service is really bad , I waited 5 hours for toilet paper and asked a new towel and his answer was we have so many rooms if everyone ask new one how can we wash these every day. I paid 600 for 5 days but its not 100 eu worth. Only thing wat was good is the location it was close to oludeniz and hisarönü. NEVER AGAIN.

Fiyat performans oteli, fiyatına göre gayet iyiydi. Çalışanlar gayretli, güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. İçecekleri sevdik, yemekler biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Spa sauna hamam kısmı fena değil, Aqua parkı yetersiz. Eleştiri olarak; otelin içerisi genel anlamda olarak sıcaktı, meraklısı için animasyon aktiviteleri zayıftı diyebiliriz. Biz mutlu olarak ayrıldık.

Spa sauna hamam kısmı fena değil, Aqua parkı yetersiz. Eleştiri olarak; otelin içerisi genel anlamda olarak sıcaktı, meraklısı için animasyon aktiviteleri zayıftı diyebiliriz. Biz mutlu olarak ayrıldık.

This 5-star hotel makes a big impression on the visitor right after arrival. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed. The territory is big and has various amenities to satisfy all needs. The food is excellent; a lot of options for every taste. Rooms are practical and quite spacious. The bathroom has all amenities. The big drawback, however, is the air-conditioning. Our party of 4 lived in 2 different rooms, and in both of them the air-condition was not working after our arrival. It took us 2 ½ days of reminding and additional repairs for the problem to get fixed. For €300 per night this is not acceptable!
