Location was great, but for how much we paid the room was very sub par! One side of the bed was missing a nightstand, there was a hole kicked in the bathroom door and the room smelled musty but was tried to be covered by cleaning product smells.

Stayed at several other places in Green Bay and for a similar price point, this one is way off of amenities compared to the others. Charge for parking while you stay there? Really? Will be a a one and done.

There was no one at the check in desk for at least 45 minutes. A line formed after we got there and 4-5 additional people waited with us. We called several numbers to get some sort of response or help and weren't successful. 45+ minutes later someone showed up. Breakfast was your typical cheap U.S. standard. I went across the street for good coffee. We'll be looking for a new hotel in the future. It's too bad because in the past we have had good luck with Springhill Suites properties. Marriotts are getting worse and worse nowadays.
